multi vitamins

I noticed when I’m using multivitamins, it’s causing me to pee a lot. I’m wondering if this was normal and would there be anything I should do to help? Maybe should switch the multivitamin to something else or do I need to maybe Take it with more water? I don’t want to waste my money anymore on...

When i buy multi's from the drug store they seem to change my piss color, it is weird. but when i buy them from other places they seem to absorb better. does anyone know why that is? i would think the products from drug store would be highest quality but turns out they aren't.
