What are the benefits of using TUDCA besides what people on here talk about when it comes to organ health. I already know it's good for the liver and the kidneys and all that good stuff. But have you noticed any other benefits and what is the best supplement that you recommend that contains it

I read on a thread that you can use some supplements here around but other supplements you need to take a break because they can cause more harm than good. I'm wondering if N2guard is one that I can use you around without taking a break from. I was thinking about running maybe 3 to 4 caps a day...
