primobolan depot

I bought two vials of Primobolan from a source that advertises here. I’ve used Primo several times before, but I’ve never seen it in an aqueous solution. I’m not an expert, but I’m pretty sure Primobolan should always come in oil, not looking like water. What do you guys think?
