Hey just checking if anyone has had a bad experience with UGL OZ i have had no luck receiving my order and cant get intouch with them is this common for UGL?

recently picked these guys up from canadiangeardepot.com they were fast and friendly, no complaints on their service but anyone heard of their quality?

Just wanted to say I got my products from them as promised! good guys and good communications good to go havent read many threads on Alpha North labs though, can anyone comment?
