Hey all,
Just a quick post to advise everyone that we're now officially closed and remind everyone of our closure dates over the Christmas and New Years holiday period.
- Checkout closed: Tuesday, December 16th 2025 @ 2pm AEST
- Checkout will be reopened: Friday evening, January 2nd 2026
- We'll be back in the office and resuming operations: Monday, January 5th 2026
We're re-opening checkout a couple days before returning to the office so orders can be placed over the weekend and we can get straight into sending them out when we return to the office on the Monday
As all pending orders have been processed, checkouts have now officially been closed! Checkout functionality on our site has been disabled to prevent new orders being placed over this period. @UGL OZ Support Rep will be keeping an eye on email ([email protected]) and forums over the break (since i can't stop him - this man is a machine
) but would still like to kindly ask everyone to be patient while waiting for responses over the holidays as we take time to recharge and spend time with loved ones.
I'll be checking in periodically over the break too but if we don't chat, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for an amazing 2025 - this year wouldn't have been possible without you all.
