We will be sending as many of the sales packs as possible tomorrow and we are really trying to get every one of them out. The sorting facility in a certain city has really been hurting our ta so we are doing everything we can to make sure things are extra tight on our end. People seem to like what we are doing and I definetly appreciate the reception we have had in the last few months and we would like to continue on getting better and better as time goes by. A few things that are in our power and we can promise are
1) Everything you order from us will be in stock, if we don't have it we say so. There is no reason for you to buy from a domestic source with an intl ta, If you were going to do so why not buy from an established euro source that has balkan, kalpka, geneza and several other time tested great brands? Our strength is in our ta and customer service, we can't prove quality until after you try it so we don't boast of product quality often we hope our customers will do that for us in the proper time frame.
2) Regular orders will always be shipped out within 24 hours of you sending payment, not us receiving payment, i've always felt that was a cop out. If we fail we will compensate, During sales it may be 48 hours after money is sent but that is rare.
3) Emails will always be answered within 24 hours, it's very rare that this does not happen, you will be treated with respect and given the benefit of the doubt in almost all cases.
4) If there is a problem or you are not happy we will fix it, some members of this board can tell you that sometimes we try to fix a problem before you even know you have one.
So that is the direction we are going in, We have to keep moving and keep trying to find ways to improve. If we do not we will be stale and start going in the wrong direction.
