Poplular/Best Multi-Vitamin

Normally I go with the GNC Men's Sport Multi-Vitamin but i'm curious to know about any other badazz multi's. Let me know what you all take or think is good!

I prefer IronMagLabs Multi Rx. I compared ingredients to other products and this really covers all my bases. Another comparable vitamin is Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men. It includes majority of the same ingredients and is rather cheap. Another reason like both of these products is there is only 3 pills per serving. Some multivitams have you take 5+ pills.

With the IML MultiRx my pee color is neon yellow which means my body is filtering the vitamins it needs and the rest i pee into the commode.

I'll take a look into those! From my knowledge the reason you pee neon yellow is due to the excess riboflavin(B2) in your body.

Been taking Opti-men for a couple years now. Used to take Now Adam. No difference noted from one multi to the other. lol
