Hey good evening TM89, it sounds as if orders are starting to land and gear is arriving. I am pleased to hear this and that customers are happy. I have yet to receive my order that was placed on the 9th of June. I know this can be annoying for you and I dislike it as much as you. Do you guys track the orders that are placed and sent? If you think that my order was sent and that it arrived maybe you could check for me and let me know If it does have a tracking number. Your thoughts on this?
 
So sounds like nobody who made a recent order is getting tracking? I just looked back on the pricelist from them that was emailed to me and it clearly says on there that order will include tracking...
 
Everyone who was in my inbox should have a reply email except for 2 people. I had 14 emails on my inbox and 26 emails in my junk folder.

Also I forgot to mention one of my
Main guys was moving. As of 6/16/15 he finally got his emails and Internet up and working. I talked to him today and I also sent in several order inquires for green machine along with a few others. Just so everyone knows this isn't my sole job. I work 50 hrs a week and do this as my second job. I don't ship nor do I brew anything. I know all the processes and all the items and everything but I handle the ordering parts. Sometimes I'm relayed tracking and sometimes I'm
Not related tracking. Best I can do is ask. When our shipper has 40-50 packs to send out in a few days time some just won't get a tracker (just being honest). I'm still waiting on a personal
Order for myself as well. So everyone hang tight and things will settle soon. With me being out of town for 4 days then my guy moving and going on vacation things have gotten a bit behind but we are working overtime to make everyone of our customers happy.

TM89, I know that personal life and work are our priorities. I also know this isn't your primary occupation, you have been on top of the game so far and your correspondence has shown that you are taking the time to address our inquiries. I thank you for all of this, I am not intending to put pressure on you or ISL and I hope you guys do not feel that way. I understand that the order was fulfilled and I will be patient. Ok everyone.

I have been at this new job about 6 weeks now. Everything has finally settled down and I know exactly what order to do things to get done on time (1130am-8pm). I have almost my entire email checked through. I have a customer called bowtie on email. I just wanted to make a public apology on my slow slow response time. If you are on the forums currently you have two emails from me as we speak. Also simple stuff, I seen your email had to follow some secure link to read it. Anyways I seen you placed right at first of June and you in fact emailed my boss as well. He did respond as you said, however I sent you an inquiry anyways to my guys regarding your order. Green machine, I have 4 emails in my inbox at the moment, however I'm attending to bowtie first as his order has been on standstill until a paypal card was corrected..

Hey NY REBEL, I am just waiting for an order I placed back on the 9th. I have all the faith that TM 89 is making sure this is being taken care of. He has posted that the order was turned in and processed on Sun. I need the gear to start my stack, its no big deal yet, I know UGLs get backed up. It will be a relief when the gear is in my hands. TM 89 is a straight shooter, their gear is fire, so I guess the situation is that I am still waiting.
 
Cannot access my safemail seems to have a system error. Last emails were sent out Monday night. I will keep trying to access email address. Also bowtie (that's his email address). I've been notified that your paypal my cash card numbers still say no cash has been loaded? are you reusing the card or getting a new one? My bosses wanted me to let you know we will accept a paypal transfer this time. Please pm me

Trying to check emails seems safe mail is down for about 15% of users and I'm one of them at the moment.

TM 89, great news! The package arrived this evening with all the contents. Thank you very much for all that you have done for me and for the forum! ISL has come through again, I am excited to get this juicy juice pulsing through my veins. TM 89 is the man, I know how difficult it must be to have to deal with us when we want and need our gear.
