    Little touchdown from my UGL. Smoothest pins I've ever had. Migloyl is definitely the way to go. Yellow is var and red/grey is aromasin. Putting the adex on the shelf for now and going to use this as an AI so that I don't have E2 rebound when coming off cycle and overall easier E2 management.

    I need to agree with you here. I cut back on my cals about 3 weeks ago because I was a little bloated but it turns out that was bad E2 management. Since then, I've lost about 5-6 lbs of water and am holding at 186 lbs. Going to up the cals a bit here and post back with the adjusted diet.
