Stationary Bike for 30 minutes and stretching!

Tomorrow is back!
 
Today was an absolutely glorious back day :) Really getting into my training and seeing strength increases week over week. Pulls felt so good today, everything was controlled, zero lower back pumps and just great power. My body feeling good is as important as achieving the aesthetic I want and today made me feel confident that I'm training, stretching, eating, and recovering properly.

In fact, I'm quite a fan of taking an off day before my deadlift days and I think I will make it a habit going forward

I can't stress enough how much stretching my lower half with the Limber 11 protocol has helped open up my hips, adductors, quads, and glutes. It has been a definite game changer. It's allowing me to train better, prevent injury, and feel better overall. If I had to give one piece of advice to anyone training high volume and using gear or even not using gear it would be to incorporate this stretching protocol into your routine. It will change everything.

Anyway here's today's routine

Tomorrow is legs.. Maybe. Meadows leg workout killed me earlier this week and my legs are still a bit sore. Might take an additional rest day depending on how I'm feeling.

Little touchdown from my UGL. Smoothest pins I've ever had. Migloyl is definitely the way to go. Yellow is var and red/grey is aromasin. Putting the adex on the shelf for now and going to use this as an AI so that I don't have E2 rebound when coming off cycle and overall easier E2 management.

Progress pic as of today. 186 lbs. No bloat, everything dialed in. Feeling really nice most of the time. I like the aromasin, seems less harsh on the body.

This is my last week of var. I've got 10 more weeks on test, am currently running 750 weekly. Will run it out to the end of the cycle before a 150mg weekly cruise for recovery for 12-15 weeks.
