Today was an absolutely glorious back day

Really getting into my training and seeing strength increases week over week. Pulls felt so good today, everything was controlled, zero lower back pumps and just great power. My body feeling good is as important as achieving the aesthetic I want and today made me feel confident that I'm training, stretching, eating, and recovering properly.
In fact, I'm quite a fan of taking an off day before my deadlift days and I think I will make it a habit going forward
I can't stress enough how much stretching my lower half with the Limber 11 protocol has helped open up my hips, adductors, quads, and glutes. It has been a definite game changer. It's allowing me to train better, prevent injury, and feel better overall. If I had to give one piece of advice to anyone training high volume and using gear or even not using gear it would be to incorporate this stretching protocol into your routine. It will change everything.
