I'm asking about it as researching steroids is actually quite hard and there are a ton of questions i have. All sources of information claim something else. I guess i will start a pre cycle log then.

Yes, I drink 3 spoons of olive oil and I eat a piece of dark chocolate. Not at the same time, that would make throw up probably. I'm a bad eater, so the volume is perfect for me.
