    In Australia it’s hard to get doctors to give advice to anyone using AAS. I was lucky enough to find one online that checks my blood work for me and gives me recommendations for free! He told me to add the aspirin. Cheap and effective. I’m getting some blood work drawn next week I’ll post it up.

    Man my post workout meal is a convenience thing for me haha. I eat it before I start work and doesn’t matter if I’m not new a microwave. I’d love some steak and rice post meal! I might try some salmon and rice in the future!
