Thanks for the love guys. Been on school holidays the last four days with my two daughters on the Gold Coast. Diet not been so strict but the Reta has kept volume of crap to a minimum. Not seeing anything as a setback, it’s a chance to go harder again when I get back. We start again tomorrow 💪🏻

More back to back days. Push yesterday, pull today. My aim is to hit the 20 reps each set for a certain weight, once I do that, I go up a weight. Rinse and repeat. That’s my freight train...
Been good-ish since Friday. Push sesh on Friday, just did Pull session and upping the weights now keeping reps same as I can to just increase volume. (Photos of both sessions)
