- 100mg asprin
- 10g Creatine
- 12.5mg Aromasin (yesterday did 100mg Test E)
I've reached out to
@Wolfenstein for some Glow 70 to get BPC & TB for the joints (in addition to a mental performance stack I'm working through & researching) - so that's on the way.
I'd love some feedback on the workout (this is adapted from a Push Calibre routine, I've added the cable twist because I want to add obliques given I don't do abs on the bike):
- Dumbbell incline bench press (warmup)
- Dumbbell incline bench press 3 x 8-10 reps
- Machine Shoulder Press 3 x 8-10 reps (this one I'm questioning because it feels like a stretch to reach the handles and I think I'm upsetting my shoulder joints - bad posture probably doesn't help flexibility here) - my thoughts are maybe swapping out for just a dumbbell shoulder press??
- Cable seated fly 3 x 8-10
- Cable twist 3 x 8-10
- Cable tricep pulldown 3 x 8-10
- Dumbbell lateral raise 3 x 8-10
Pull day on Sunday will be:
- Dumbbell deadlift 3 x 8-10
- Dumbbell bent over row 3 x 8-10
- Cable lat pulldown 3 x 8-10
- Cable twist 3 x 8-10
- Dumbbell hammer curl 3 x 8-10
- Barbell preacher curl 3 x 8-10 (this one I found very tough on Wed morning, either the weight was too much or I've got really bad technique, thinking just swapping out to a std dumbbell curl)
- Dumbbell reverse wrist curl 3 x 8-10
