Cycle update
Due to the shortage of mast at the moment I’ll be doing a change up to the cycle
So I’ll be dropping the mast and the tren and I’ll be switching over to eq in there place at a dosage of 600mgs per week
Tren is only getting dropped as I only ever run it for a max of 6-10 weeks...

I try and keep the food simple and easy to smash out. With the odd extra in there like the butter chicken tonight so the food doesn’t get to boring
After spending time getting everything dialled in I now have a good routine set up
Food is the same almost everyday with eggs and tuna for breakfast with a greens/carbs shake before hitting the gym
Homemade sushi and a protein shake for lunch/post workout feed

Goes down a treat! Most don’t like it tho as it’s got a strong taste. I normally season it and let it sit over night then take it out to get to room temp then cook it low and slow
