Approved Log R&D Testosterone, Masteron, Tren Cycle Log

New log! @R&Dpharma

500mgs test e, 350mgs mast p, 350mgs tren a and 20mgs of winny per day which will be swapped out in the near future (TBA)

Starting weight = 119kgs

The main aim of this cycle is to grow but also clean up the body from the bulk portion of my cycle in which I ran test, deca and dbol with a bit of mast towards the end

Been reading other logs for inspiration for mine which is why I didn’t start the log straight up

Quick little review, gear is super clean and super smooth to pin with very minimal pip, did get a bad hit of the tren cough and thought I was going to die 😂
So far I’m 4 pins in and still zero issues

Meal plan is almost complete with all my meal prep getting cooked up tomorrow which will mainly consist of lean beef, kangaroo, chicken and fish with either rice or potatoes for the carbs and mixed veggies!
Pre gym feed today is a rib eye steak and a Greek style salad!

I’ll take some pics at the gym this arvo and get them posted up as well as my routine! Chest and shoulders tonight!

Yeah I’m fucking keen to see the results from this!

So far my appetite is crazy as fuck! So having a hard time fighting cravings!
@Ausbbing23 make sure you feed your body muscle building foods!
 
Today’s workout was arms!
Had no routine as was meant to be a rest day today but couldn’t help myself

Just did a bunch of db curls starting off at 10kg per arm working up to 22.5kgs per arm. Did 5 sets of 12
Did the same thing for hammer curls with the same weights

Tricep push downs
40kgx12
50kgx12
60kgx12
70kgx10
70lgx10

Skull crushers
45kgs for 5 sets of 12

Using the same bar and weight I did 5 sets of 12 standing bicep curls

Pre workout feed was just a simple 33g protein shake with 60g of added carbs and 2g of taurine

Post workout meal was 2 kangaroo steak sandwiches which came to around 90g of protein 70g of carbs and 10g of fats

Really good! Just gotta hit roo with a bit of extra seasoning and let it sit until it hits room temp then cook it nice and slow 👌
 
I really wonder how kangaroo tastes, no joke now lol :P you EVO brothers from Australia really have me thinking. @Ausbbing23
Goes down a treat! Most don’t like it tho as it’s got a strong taste. I normally season it and let it sit over night then take it out to get to room temp then cook it low and slow
