Welcome be my first log on Evo. Somewhat new to Evo, have used couple different sources off here but thought I’d help out get GENTEX labs, sus his products. Will be a shorter type of log as I have about 7 weeks before I’m away and also post prep now 4 weeks so mini rebound with test and mast, maybe some anadrol for the fun of it then it’s trt for me. (I coach myself). Pics in bathroom lighting, too dark when I wake up to take pics with natural light.

So far Genetex Laboratories mast e has been smooth no issues, no pip. Switched when it arrived and been daily pins for 5 days now. I am someone to run into some estrogen issues that I can manage so that’d would be the first sign if it was bunk. No issues so far!

Height - 161cm (yes I’m short I know)
Weight - 78kg
Training Experience - I’d say more or less advanced at this stage been at it for a while now
PED/ Cycle History - Used a range of compounds more of the basic ones, not incredibly high but around moderate depending on the phase I’m in.

Goal for this
Reversing cals up and filling out. Rebounding out of this phase (already 5kg up) from show day. It was first prep coaching myself and have holiday soon so it’s really just upping the food, tapering thyroid. I’d like to do a log in my next push which would be more interesting but for now this is where I’m at

Liv52 (3 tabs)
NAC (600mg)
Vitamin d (6000iu)
Multi
Berberine (500mg x 3 times a day - m1, pre, last meal)
Asparagus
Vitamin c (1000mg)
Fish oil (4g)
Milk thistle (35000mg)
Glucosamine (6000mg)
Astragalus (1000mg)

Ped supps
525mg Test e (currently R&D but will switch when next package arrives). Pining 0.3ml daily
700mg Mast e (GENTEX Labs) just recently switched from previous to see quality. Pinning 0.5ml daily

25mcg T3 - daily
20mg aromasin - daily
20mg nolavdex - daily
5iu gh (pre bed)
8iu long acting slin, 2-3iu pre & post training day

Diet
Training day - 286p/ 526c/ 47f = 3,788kcal
12g sodium + 9g potassium
Non training day - 286p/ 400c/ 48f = 3,280kcal
10g sodium + 9g potassium

Sauces, seasonings not counted. As you will see I love ketchup and nandos peri peri

Training - Pretty standard
Monday - rest
Tuesday - pull
Wednesday - legs (more ham, glute focused - area to bring up)
Thursday - push
Friday - rest
Saturday - shoulders & arms
Sunday - legs (quad focused)

Cardio/ steps
No cardio, didn’t do any in prep
Although steps are at 15k (were 25k back end of prep). Do about 6-8k fasted then rest throughout the day.
@Juicehead55 nice supplement list for sure. and your training splits look amazing!
 
I probably should do cardio but I don’t wanna have eat anymore than I have too 😂. Plus steps less fatiguing, easy on my legs. Be surprised how much u can get away with just increasing your NEAT expenditure
@Juicehead55 cardio is still needed. your heart is a muscle too. needs to be strong

Pull session today. Was very good progressed in most by either weight or reps. When progressing in the gym, take the small wins. +1 rep or +2.5kg, doesn’t need to much progression, just as long there is some progression in every session.
Pre workout atm - 50p/ 132c/ 4f
100g cream of rice
50g whey
100g frozen blueberries
25g coco pops or atm I have chex
1 lcm bar

Weight was 77.5kg this morning so plan to up the food at some point soon if weight isn’t travelling up based on average this week. Will be majority carbs, trace everything else depended on food sources

Dual handle plate loaded row (upper/ mid) - 2 x 8-10, 1 x 12-15
Single arm Cable Pull (lat focused)
2 x 10-12
Assisted pull ups (close to being able to pull my weight with proper form 😂) - 3 x failure
T bar row (upper back) or Cable Wide Grip - 1 x 8-10, 1 x 12-15
Superset
Nitro Pull Over - 2 x 10-12
Leverage Pull (mid to lower lat) - 1 x 8-10, 1 x 12-15
Rear Delt Flyes Machine - 2 x 12-15
Cable Rear Delt - 2 x 12-15
Plate Loaded Bicep Curl - 2 x 8-12
DB Hammer Curl - 2 x 12-15

Got hams, glutes some quads tmw before a minor surgery of the lump on my back. So probably Thursday be shoulders & arms just to avoid any pressure on my back from a pad until the weekend. Another order on the way from GENTEX and will be a week today of using the mast p, also forgot to mention using the MT2. Everything smooth no issues with any products. Any IM I’ve pinned no lumps as do daily shots so happy with that.

Honestly I couldn’t tell u other than I’m still lean. Maybe genetic not sure tbh. I’m 5.5 weeks post comp so probs plays a factor didn’t get fat post comp. Test, mast is what I’m using atm. Variables are tracked sodium, potassium which could be a factor, water intake but tbh only tracked water in prep, just relatively high I’d say

You're keeping very dry, this is very rare even with PROs, great genetics too. @Juicehead55 want to see how you do on stage.
 
Let’s just say the anadrol is g2g 50mg pre does the job

Hahah bro I got some halo from prep and some inj super from idk how long ago 😂 they are really only a if I’m feeling pre workout oral. I like to run anadrol for 4/6 weeks tops. With tren but damn that’s hardcore hahah I didn’t even use tren in my prep 😂 I hate that shit so much hahah love/hate relationship
