Pull session today. Was very good progressed in most by either weight or reps. When progressing in the gym, take the small wins. +1 rep or +2.5kg, doesn’t need to much progression, just as long there is some progression in every session.

Got hams, glutes some quads tmw before a minor surgery of the lump on my back. So probably Thursday be shoulders & arms just to avoid any pressure on my back from a pad until the weekend. Another order on the way from GENTEX and will be a week today of using the mast p, also forgot to mention using the MT2. Everything smooth no issues with any products. Any IM I’ve pinned no lumps as do daily shots so happy with that.
