nice volume on this training and I like how you lay out the weights and the Reps that you're doing.
Don't worry about the fluffiness that will go away over time. Once you dial everything in.

Back and biceps are my favorite training. I love doing those. Surprised you didn't put in any type of pull-ups to really work those arms and upper back.

Depends on the day my man but usually I’m about 6-7L of water a day if I’m working and training, with added electrolytes intra workout and also pink salt and potassium supplemented through the day
 
Hanged check ins to Friday so here was Fridays checkin

BW - 100.7 average
BG - 5.2
Blood pressure - 128/59

This week will all stay the same as body weight still slightly increasing, training is progressing well but appetite took a little dive after night shifts so will try get on top of that within this week and look at maybe an increase next week
