Macros are currently 35 %carbs 35 %protein and 30% fats
I use an Apple Watch to track what I burn and base it off that carbing up around workouts pre and post To fuel and repair.

Protein comes from ground beef, chicken, tuna, eggs, Greek yogurt and 3 scoops max of wpi a day
Carbs white rice, pumpkin, kiwi fruit, berries, sourdough and plenty of bananas and honey

Fats from meats and eggs avocado and Parmesan cheese!

Hydration 5 litres of water a day and 500ml of coconut water.

I eat like this 90 % of the time as I have a big sweet tooth and don’t mind an ice cream here and there as I feel having that helps me stay locked in.

If I go out for dinner I keep it simple steak and vegetable or chicken and salad

Happy Monday ! we love Mondays not just because it’s leg day but it’s blast day too! Another clean install of the @GENTEXLaboratories test e got the VG feeling dangerous

Leg day workout consisted off

10min warm up on treadmill 4.5km speed
Light stretch

Straight into some hack squat

Warmup set no plates 35 reps

Set 1 2 plates x30 reps
Set 2 4 plates x25 reps
Set 3 6 plates x22 reps(failure)-
drop set to 2 plates x15 reps

Leg extension superset with lunges
50kg x 25 reps x 20 walking lunges
40kg x25 reps x20 walking lunges
40kg x20 reps x20 walking lunges

Quads were cooked so jumped onto some prone leg curls

35kg x20 reps
30kg x17 reps
30kgx15 reps

Standing calve raises to finish
50kgs x20 reps
50kgs x20 reps
50kgs x18 reps

Finished off with 20mins of treadmill 5km per hour on 5.0 incline

Post workout re fuel on the go was 2x bananas and a double scoop wpi shake
