Started off
Wide grip over hand chin-ups superset with rack pulls no rest in between
20chinups
12 rack pulls 100kg
12 chin-ups
10 rack pulls 100kg
10chinups
8 rack pulls 100kg
Drop set 15 rack pulls 60kg
Rolled into another super set
Seated row into underhand close grip pull downs
15x 80kg seated row
12x 80 pull down
15x 60 seated row
12x 70 pull down
15x 60kg seated row
10x 60kg pull down
After this I was on fire and rolled into some reverse fly dumbells 7.5kgs focusing on form and squeeze
set 1 15reps
Set 2 13reps
Set 3 11 reps
Finished on a bicep superset standing ez bar curls close grip into dumbell hammer curls
22.5kg ez bar and 25kg dumbells
Set 1 15 reps - 10 per side
Set 2 14 reps - 9 per side
Set 3 12reps - 8 per side
Was a killer workout super high intensity which I feel works best for me and had a crazy pump will be uploading an updated pic next weekend starting to look leaner already and enjoying the process !
