Hey Evo fam,

Finished a blast of sus250 and masteron now running 375mg of gentex test e and will be planning to tapper down focusing on a health phase of whole foods, weight training 5 times a week + cardio in preparation of a blast to finish the year. This Log will consist of workouts, my nutritional intake, currently weighing in at 98kgs dry with a goal of 96kgs over the next 10-12 weeks whilst maintaining mass.

I have been lucky enough to have been picked up by @GENTEXLaboratories looking forward to the road ahead!

finally got out of the cage and made it to the concrete jungle today for a Sunday session powered by @GENTEXLaboratories feeling unreal!

when I’m not training fasted this is my go to!

200g banana of the tree and 30g organic honey smashed with Himalayan salt for a nasty pump
66 carbs
.7 fat
2.2 protein
268 cals
Paired with a monster ultra and scoop of disorder had me buzzing !

Workout consisted of back focused with a bit of spice


Started off

Wide grip over hand chin-ups superset with rack pulls no rest in between

20chinups
12 rack pulls 100kg
12 chin-ups
10 rack pulls 100kg
10chinups
8 rack pulls 100kg
Drop set 15 rack pulls 60kg

Rolled into another super set

Seated row into underhand close grip pull downs
15x 80kg seated row
12x 80 pull down
15x 60 seated row
12x 70 pull down
15x 60kg seated row
10x 60kg pull down

After this I was on fire and rolled into some reverse fly dumbells 7.5kgs focusing on form and squeeze
set 1 15reps
Set 2 13reps
Set 3 11 reps

Finished on a bicep superset standing ez bar curls close grip into dumbell hammer curls

22.5kg ez bar and 25kg dumbells
Set 1 15 reps - 10 per side
Set 2 14 reps - 9 per side
Set 3 12reps - 8 per side

Was a killer workout super high intensity which I feel works best for me and had a crazy pump will be uploading an updated pic next weekend starting to look leaner already and enjoying the process !

Leg day tomorrow with my man @Woodiee !

Macros are currently 35 %carbs 35 %protein and 30% fats
I use an Apple Watch to track what I burn and base it off that carbing up around workouts pre and post To fuel and repair.

Protein comes from ground beef, chicken, tuna, eggs, Greek yogurt and 3 scoops max of wpi a day
Carbs white rice, pumpkin, kiwi fruit, berries, sourdough and plenty of bananas and honey

Fats from meats and eggs avocado and Parmesan cheese!

Hydration 5 litres of water a day and 500ml of coconut water.

I eat like this 90 % of the time as I have a big sweet tooth and don’t mind an ice cream here and there as I feel having that helps me stay locked in.

If I go out for dinner I keep it simple steak and vegetable or chicken and salad
