what do you mean the RO water? i'm lost on that. can't you just pack up your own water and take it with you?

“Reverse Osmosis (RO) ia a water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate water molecules from other substances.”

The water lacks minerals and I believe it has something to do with causing the bloating. We are restricted on the amount of luggage we carry on the flight otherwise yes I would definitely consider bringing in my own.
 
First of all big thanks again to the team @Core Pharma they provide excellent quality products and with fast delivery.

So I have now come off the EQ and dropped my @Core Pharma Test E to 500mg. Some may debate that this is not a cruse but it’s worked out for me for several years now so I will be doing blood work next week and will see if it needs to be reassessed. I will also be giving some blood because I do feel hematocrit level is high which isn’t uncommon from EQ. My weight got up to 118kg during the cycle but it is back to 115kg now although I wasn’t eating anything near a bulking diet.

On a positive note as always after arriving home my bloat has all but gone almost as soon as I arrived home. As I had mentioned in previous post I struggle with bloat when at work because I work away in mining camps and I believe that the RO water is the culprit. Few guys have chipped in commenting on similar issues of course the other problem is where I work we have little control over the menu in the evening so it’s a juggle between what they cook up or tuna and rice in my room.

Being a maintenance phase I try to look at keeping the diet around 4200cal/350p/500c/50f. It seems to work for me BUT working out in the desert meal timing can be hit or miss regardless I always try to eat every 2-3hrs.

Training wise I’m old school I always do a bro split

chest/back/legs/shoulders/arms

NAC
L-arginine
Nattokinase
Tudca
Shilajit
Glutamine
Fish oil

Hi sorry about a bit of a late update due to some pressing deadlines now being back at work in the desert. Still currently running 500 Test e & 4 iu HGH thanks to the quality products from the great crew @Core Pharma …….

Being that I am back at work my weight is hanging in around 115-116kg fasted, and to my surprise the regular bloating hasn’t seemed to be as bad this trip. There could be several reasons for this which include not consuming as much water due to the cooler temperatures coming into winter, but I have also increased my daily Tudca dosage to 3000mg so again this adds to the mystery of the bloat.

Training wise still a bro split but have increased to 5 on 1 off. On my off day im actually hitting Abs only so some may say it’s not a day off but this is only for the 2 week duration away at work and then when home I actually do have true rest days.

Unfortunately due to not being back in the country for a long enough period after my last trip away I was not able to give blood last time I was at home so I’m hoping to be able to get it done next week to help with the slightly higher hematocrit level and then will see how things look after that.

Pre workout stim + L-arginine + Creatinine and just running BCAA intra.
