I was still able to move some good numbers in the gym and started the cardio back up due to a torn calf muscle.

The tweaked program from @Gains Man has me feeling like a beast after each session knowing I’m pushing it to the limit but able to recover and be ready for the next session

Been a while since I have updated. It’s been a crazy 2 weeks for me. The joys of running your own business.

I have kept my gym work up and cardio has picked up but my diet has taken a hit due to the workload and chaos of it all.
This week has been back to as normal as it has been in a while and back on track.

With the diet slacking I have gone up to 124.5
But as in this morning I am down to 124.1

I take my kids out for breakfast each Friday and the cafe we go to is basically a vegan cafe. ( go there due to the kids dietary issues)

Chest dips are the best, good volume and you drop setted right :D was that machine or raw dips?

Been a big week training wise. With this months charity run I have upped the cardio and still holding down the lifting.
