Evening all

I know I have been a little quiet.
Have been trying to get ontop of work and looks like it’s finally easing up.

The last week has been a hit and miss with training. Cardio has been chugging along but was only able to get into the gym twice this week

Diet has been steady. Have has a few comfort foods during the weeks but they are more pasta dishes.
Had the usually Friday breakfast out with the kids on Friday treated myself to some banana bread

This week coming is going to be a big one.
I have 50km to run to finish my running challenge and keen to smash it out in the gym.

Weights been steady at

Today was definitely a tough one training wise

Starting with a good one quads workout that’s was tough. Upping the weights and still pushing to hit the reps pushed me all the way through.
Then this arvo I decided to head out for a 10km run.
Was great and found I was able to keep pace and ate up the kms.

Feeling really good with quality products from @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals @Sassy Rep

I am looking to add anavar and hgh next month

And the gym program has been solid under the guidance of @Gains Man

Yeah was a solid run after the quads session in the morning.
Knees are sweet. It has helped a lot loosing the weight and I’m actually enjoying the running now. @LevButlerov
You're hardcore to do it with legs :D

Hey mate

This week was a real tough grind.
I played my semi final for rugby and the old legs struggled to recover. In the gym it was a light week but made sure I still got in there and ticket the box.
I made sure I was out of an arvo eating up the kms walking to flush the legs out.

Played yesterday again and have strained my hamstring but made the grand final haha
So this week will be getting that right for the last game.

Other then that it been great

Last week’s training was very light in the gym due to being extremely sore from footy but the good thing was we made it to the grand final haha
Which we won on the weekend
Suffered a small and very inconvenient injury. Looks like I have strained or torn my hamstring. I out it down to running to fast.
I’m not letting that get in the way so this weeks has been straight back into it.

Treated myself this week ti something a little different for dinner. Good old steak, veggies, mash and eggs

Congrats on the grand final win, that’s huge even with the hamstring acting up. Good call getting back into training light and working around it instead of shutting down completely. Steak, mash, veggies, and eggs is a perfect recovery meal, plenty of protein and carbs to help the leg heal up.

It was a struggle to finish the game but it looks like it will be my last so made the extra effort.

That’s a strong push workout, pressing volume was huge and moving 50 kg dumbbells for 10 after those long high rep sets shows your chest endurance is solid. Weighted dips stacked on top of that with controlled reps adds a good thickness element. Triceps handled serious load too, especially with the 50 kg dumbbell extensions, that’s heavy work. With 3iu hgh nightly you should notice recovery and pumps start coming on stronger, just make sure food and sleep stay locked in so you can handle that pace.

This is another impressive workout session. You really hit it really good. Just don't go too crazy on to triceps. They really don't need to be overtrained. @Nimble brick

Back session was packed, pulldowns and rows loaded heavy with good drops to finish, that’s why you’re filling out so quick. Iso row at 125kg for 18 then 12 is strong pulling, plenty of back thickness work there. Biceps got blasted with high rep EZ curls and hammer curls, lots of pump volume on top of the heavy back work. Whole workout looks like it hit every angle hard. :D

Decided to make the most of the public holiday and tested out the hamstring after tearing it a few weeks back. A nice early morning walk and it’s pulled up fine.
Followed by a solid gym session. Been feeling strong and focus with my training and diet the last few weeks
