It settles down after the first 2 weeks, was sitting at 108kg and will check in again over the weekend

I like to swap between Bro Split and PPL. When I start to hit a plateau have a bit of a deload and then switch to the other style. It keeps training interesting and different

Gym sessions have been fairly easy thus far but this weeks pushing a little harder then I’ll be back into the full swing of things

Eating is on point and energy is out of this world atm, mots c, ss31, 5amin1 and slu all doing their thing

I’ve finally implemented a solo arm day, it’s time to grow these things

This is my training in a nutshell
Warm up sets where required
2 working sets
1st set is heavier weight and lower rep range, 2nd set back off a little and increase rep range
Must put everything on the line for each set and then move onto the next

12 - 15 reps

Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension
6 - 9 reps
12 - 15 reps

Cable Drag Curls
8 - 10 reps

The recomp effect will be so quick for a guy like you after the vacation. You've been jacked for a while so your body is used to just being that way. That vacation weight is gonna fly off so quick.

Yeah everything’s coming together again which is good

Hahaha Reta has me covered for both, I’m one of those lucky ones where it removes any desire to drink alcohol…hence why I dropped it out a few weeks before going overseas, wanted to be able to enjoy a drink

Splitting up the workload this time eh. Usually the Big Jimmy meal prep is like 30 trays with 4 or 5 different meals. Looks like tomorrow is gonna be the big prep day huh.

Your meal preps always look like actual meals instead of just BB fuel. Everything always looks so delicious. I'd eat a couple of those trays right now for breakfast lol

I’m not the biggest fan at all but I got good at it when I was a single man and now the wife and I rip in and get it done together, if we both can’t kick back then I can’t relax so it gets it done much quicker

14 sets in total and as you can see from the rep range, once I’m warm it’s 1 set heavy, then drop the weight and increase reps. I want to be failing in that rep range each time. At the moment it’s just working it all out. I keep falling out of the range while getting some fresh numbers on what I’m actually pushing
