This is my first log, I'm brand new to the forum. If you guys need anymore info please let me know. I tried to pair it down a bit because it already seems like an info overload. I track a lot, been trying to optimize my training for a couple years, so info wise, if you need it I probably have it.

Test C 180mg per week

Running RP app 5 days/week for training. HIIT rowing for 40mins on my 2 off days usually. I work on the tools and I work a lot so my caloric burn and step counts get pretty high at work.

Goals - Running first cycle, staying lean throughout and stacking on 10-15lbs over time. Not in a rush, safety and longevity are my higher priorities. Looking to feel good while training haede. Thinking Primo100 is the way to go.

Gotcha. Appreciate all the kind words. It was kinda awkward for me putting myself out there like that. First time ever really taking selfies lol. I don't have any social media so no pics for me.

I'll definitely keep posting my progress. Hopefully someone can help me decide on a first cycle and I will definitely post my progress as I go.

Damn man, you're falling short of the sleep, then she need. But if you can get somewhere between 7 to 8 hours, that would be perfect.
Ya I know. For me it's tough because I run my own company and work into the night a lot. I'm doing shit like invoicing and quotes between sets a lot of the time. I'm up at 6:15am for work each morning. I try to sleep at 10:30 each night but then you never really sleep the whole time. This week looks especially bad because I usually catch up on the weekends and sleep 9hrs but I had to work Saturday and going early for blood work before. Saturday night I ate some chili that fucked up my stomach and got a horrible sleep lol
 
I think there's a bit of confusion because the title was changed in my log.

I'm looking for advice on a first real cycle, preferably primo100 and maybe anavar.

I've been on TRT doses of test c for about 6 months. I've been running 180mg for about 3 months and I titrated up from 120mg.

Any advice would be appreciated as to how I should go about my first real cycle.
 
Bro you already look fantastic, you are going to look proper beast if you play your cards right. Love how much you track everything, i always feel the more we measure the more we tend to improve. Will be following along for sure!.

On dosages, what does your e2 look like on your trt dose? I feel this could be the biggest influence on choosing a dose for increasing test and dosages for primo. Anavar can be added last 6 week at *up* to 50mg daily. You dont have to run 50mg but can run up to that amount.

Primo will influence e2 levels in most but is also individual dependent, we are all different and all respond differently too. Primo is usually more anabolic in higher dosages 500mg+ and is more utilised in an anti catabolic approach during a cut in lower dosages. I feel if you are going to use primo to add size you need to be aware of how your aromatics and how sensitive aromatization is for you. Once you understand this you can better make a more accurate decision for how much test and primo you can take.

My personal experience is dosage response isnt lineal on a milligram basis.

Example I can take 200mg test e and my e2 stays around 150nmol. I bumped up to 250mg and e2 went to 304 nmol and that was including 400mg a week of masteron. Masteron can be know to assist with e2 from person to person but did absolutely nothing for me in that category.

It is still a game of trial and error at the end of the day but if you take the approach of small changes can only allow small mistakes and in return only require small adjustments/corrections.

More educated members will chime in on your log bro just give it a little time. All the best 👍
