Super fit , great starting pointThis is my first log, I'm brand new to the forum. If you guys need anymore info please let me know. I tried to pair it down a bit because it already seems like an info overload. I track a lot, been trying to optimize my training for a couple years, so info wise, if you need it I probably have it.

Running RP app 5 days/week for training. HIIT rowing for 40mins on my 2 off days usually. I work on the tools and I work a lot so my caloric burn and step counts get pretty high at work.
Goals - Running first cycle, staying lean throughout and stacking on 10-15lbs over time. Not in a rush, safety and longevity are my higher priorities. Looking to feel good while training haede. Thinking Primo100 is the way to go.

On dosages, what does your e2 look like on your trt dose? I feel this could be the biggest influence on choosing a dose for increasing test and dosages for primo. Anavar can be added last 6 week at *up* to 50mg daily. You dont have to run 50mg but can run up to that amount.
Primo will influence e2 levels in most but is also individual dependent, we are all different and all respond differently too. Primo is usually more anabolic in higher dosages 500mg+ and is more utilised in an anti catabolic approach during a cut in lower dosages. I feel if you are going to use primo to add size you need to be aware of how your aromatics and how sensitive aromatization is for you. Once you understand this you can better make a more accurate decision for how much test and primo you can take.
My personal experience is dosage response isnt lineal on a milligram basis.
Example I can take 200mg test e and my e2 stays around 150nmol. I bumped up to 250mg and e2 went to 304 nmol and that was including 400mg a week of masteron. Masteron can be know to assist with e2 from person to person but did absolutely nothing for me in that category.
It is still a game of trial and error at the end of the day but if you take the approach of small changes can only allow small mistakes and in return only require small adjustments/corrections.

Didn't want to appear like I was a bull shitter or cocky or something and say a lower number than I really am. Felt better just going with the scale number.No way. You're 13% body fat man. Sounds good mate, first cycle is always more of a learning curve. I would however go a touch higher on the dosage, not heaps but maybe look at 300/300. If your e2 is a touch higher on trt then a 1:1 ratio should work well. But 200mg is only 20mg higher then your current trt and wouldn't notice much difference. No matter what i would still suggest you have an a.i ready as you never know what can happen. You clearly train and eat well as your physique shows this, you will see significant results off 300mg you won't need to go higher in my opinionWow a lot of great info. Thanks Bro!
I'm definitely on board with the cautious approach, add slow, track and adjust. I work with a really good TRT doc and I'm going to up my bloodwork frequency on cycle.
My bloodwork is up top. My E2 is slightly elevated but so is my test so it's pretty balance ATM.
I'll probably start at 200/200 and see how I feel and go from there. Will keep everyone up to date in my log here

I think I'm going to run my test and primo at 200 for 2 weeks and see how I feel then maybe jump to 300/300. My next bloodwork is in a few weeks to a month so I'd like to run the 300/300 for two weeks and see how my markers look.
Not sure how long a cycle I'm gonna run, probably 12-16 weeks, playing it by ear.
Probably going to try the anavar as a pre-work out sometime around week 7 or 8 and see how my body responds to 10mg sublingually? If good then maybe 20mg/day for a bit and see how it goes and maybe jump to 30.
What do you think?
