Ya I think I have a pretty good metabolic rate, but I burn a shit ton of calories at work, and I work a lot. I get around 10k steps each day on the job and I ruck for a lot of them. I carry a 50lb tool back pack for a lot of my steps, large A frame ladders, extension ladders, material. I try to keep my heart rate up at work to turn it into training.You must have tremendous metabolism. You're staying lean? Even with that many calories.
Think I'm going to do pic updates every 2 weeks to see if there's any visible changes. I took a bunch of body measurements today and I'm going to track them weekly on cycle. Today's my first shot of primo. Every 2 weeks I'm also going to do a thorough update with all the data to compare the progression. 330 protein is good but is that beer i see bro?For all the guys interested in my caloric intake here's what I ate today. I did go a little overboard today, but I'm trying to bulk right now so it's probably a good thing. I keep it as clean as possible. I threw in the cliff bar for some quick carbs after I did 40mins of rowing.
