Veteran Log First Testosterone Cycle Log

I feel like some of the weight is water of fat. I'm losing some definition in my mid section. I'm proned to love handles so I'm keeping an eye out for those..can't let my BF get up too much.

@LevButlerov or drop the calories?
You can drop calories but why? you're doing good, stick to it :D
 
Update shots

If I look bigger here it's because I took these pictures right after my workout. Usually today is an off day but I have a modified schedule this week and don't have time to wait for the pump to go down. For comparison usually I take pictures on off days, so these pictures are a bit of a variable. To be fair I'm posting this while walking on a treadmill and drinking my post workout shake lol. No time in my life.

I think my maintenance level is around 3600 calories right now from the looks of it. If I stick around 4000 I won't get fat? I know once the primo kicks in it will help lean me out a bit.

I've heard calories high keeps the gear doses low, if I drop calories I'd need to increase the doses right? I've heard that but don't understand the logic behind it. @LevButlerov

Not if there's a steady supply of Tren tho right. Although I've heard Tren can lead guys into doing some stuff they wouldn't do off it @BodyMonster34

Fat is relative, if you train hard and cardio up and push with gear, no issues. @BeMe
and we will cycle 2 weeks high calories than we can drop them.
 
Log Day 32

Didn't sleep well last night. I had a dry cough that was keeping me up. My apprentice came to work sick yesterday and was coughing all over me...back on the vitamin C today.

Had a good had training session yesterday. My knee is getting better but still not 100% so I skipped leg extensions as they are the worst movement for this injury I have.

Going to try for some steady state rowing tonight and see how my knee does.

Little milestone here..30 days of logging. It's a good time to take a moment and give thanks to the EVO family. I've received so much positivity and support and it's really appreciated. I feel blessed to be part of this amazing community you all have built here.

Eating, sleeping, training all on point. The little change in my emotional state has definitely subsided. I tried adding an extra 10mg of Anavar pre-workout yesterday to see how I reacted. Minimal increase in training performance but exaggerated post workout pumps. Taking an extra dose of electrolytes seemed to help calm the pumps per @LevButlerov

Third day on the BPC157 for my knee and the inflammation is down a fair bit. We'll see as the day progresses. Hopefully by tomorrow I can bend it properly again.

ON the sick part, up your vitamin D and multi vitamins double dose, add elderberry and get vitamin C to 3-4 grams. Add a baby aspirin too, and get chicken soup drink it and eat all the chicken.

I added vitamin C to my daily stack on your previous recommendations. I don't really ever get truly sick, but I'm sure it will help minimize any effects I feel when my immune system is working to fight off these sicknesses.

Ok will do. I'll push the vitamins tonight and the next couple days and I'll pickup some elderberry tomorrow. I did eat all the chickens yesterday so maybe that helped lol. Thanks @LevButlerov

Log Day 33

Not a lot to report, yesterday was a rest day and I was pretty busy running around after work. I was going to roll but I didn't want to risk backtracking on my knee recovery. Still running the bpc-157 and still getting better each day. Did some treadmill work to get my steps over 10K and hit the sauna before bed. Here's what I ate for the day.

He sure is. I don't think i will ever wear this crown unless I get over 220 lbs. I would be propelled by protein farts with 400 gr a day.
The crazy thing is I'm only 184lb morning scale weight and it's not trouble. Digestion is great without any psyllium husk. Totally regular, no weird gas or anything. I think it's all the dietary fiber I get. I eat a ton of broccoli every day..most of it raw

I'm worried I'll get full on diarrhea if I add the psyllium husk lol. My work takes me all over and sometimes bathrooms are no where to be found. Could spell trouble if things loosen up too much lol

Everything is looking good right now. First sign of slowing down though I'll throw some in.

Ok sounds good. I just ordered some. We have a holiday long weekend this week so I'll give it a go on Saturday and see how my body responds. Any tips on how to take it? I ordered a bag of powder. Can I just mix it with my other supplements? @Npcclassicphysique champ

Another solid day of training. Unfortunately, my elbows wouldn't agree lol. I've had problems with tendonitis in my right arm in the past. Suddenly it's flaring up in both arms. Tricep day is really brutal on my elbows.

Hit 401 on Protein without even trying to get just over 400. I ate my dinner, logged it and bam 401. That's pretty protein kingish luck right there lol

Installed a new nest thermostat with a temp sensor in my room to make sure my bedroom is always at the right temp through the night. Should help further optimize my sleep.

Sorry my new whoop strap is acting up so no new sleep data today.

I know for Koi fish ponds they make these fees bucket auto feeders. You hand the bucket on a pole and it has a timer that dumps feed out whenever you want. Would that work for chickens too? @BodyMonster34

you can die if you have crohns disease and take in too much fiber. alot of people just avoid fiber entirely.

I definitely don't have Crohn's thankfully. I have a buddy who's a plumber and he has it. Poor guy has to keep a bucket with garbage bags in his truck in case of emergencies. Thankfully he's on some newer protocol that's actually helping for the first time in the 15 years I've known him. It's a horrible disease

he needs to do time restricted fasting every single day. that is the best way to control it. and watch very closely what he eats

He's been working with doctors for years and was doing stuff like that. He was getting better but not all the way better. I can't remember what it is he's doing now but I know he said it was life changing.

250 test, 200 primo, 20 anavar

This is a good update. There was a noticeable improvement in my lifts yesterday. Added 2 reps to a bunch of sets and my endurance seemed to increase to where there was less drop off from set to set in a given movement. It reminds me of when I first started taking the Anavar at the beginning of my cycle and the performance gains were unmistakable. I'm in week 5 of my cycle and I'm thinking maybe this is the primo starting to kick in since nothing else has changed.

I take a tablespoon daily and i dont have any issues with p husk
 
The package I got says 8 grams up to 3 times daily. I'm going to start with 8g a day and see how that goes. @Noah Wixx
I think you should be ok brother, i typically do 1 teaspoon with 3 meals so a full tablespoon all said and done for what mine says, might be different since i am in the states, or we have different brands etc, over all it really helps with digestion i find after a meal, i tend to mix mine in zero sugar powerade or something along those lines, its not bad in just water, it can kind of turn into a gel if you dont use enough water or let it sit to long in the water stuff really absorbs and expands quickly.

Ya I had to cheat with a late night quest bar though. Didn't quite make it all the way on dinner I was kind of surprised because I are a lot. Good thing I'm pretty much endlessly hungry now so eating is not an issue lol @LevButlerov

Log Day 34

High output day at work hitting 10k steps without any treadmill. Back day was strong. Still making progress each day in the gym. I went a little crazy on calories last night. I ate a rack and half of back ribs and a chicken breast. It amazes even me that I can eat this much and not feel disgustingly full.

Lol ya if I did that everyday I probably would be. Right now my maintenance caloric intake is somewhere between 3600-3800. The weeks where I average around 4000cal my weight starts moving up and on weeks I'm around 3700 it starts to slide back down a bit.
 
Ya I had to cheat with a late night quest bar though. Didn't quite make it all the way on dinner I was kind of surprised because I are a lot. Good thing I'm pretty much endlessly hungry now so eating is not an issue lol @LevButlerov
Quest bars are fine, with some quest cookies too :D
 
I promised I'd share some cottage pics with the EVO fam next time I got up here, so here we go. Worked all day and got the docks, boat lift, and jet ski lift in. Tomorrow we have one more boat lift to carry in. Good thing my bro used to be into bodybuilding and is pretty strong too.

Log Day 38

Missed my shoulder day yesterday because I was working to get the docks and lifts in all day. Hit 9.5k steps just walking around the property. Lots of heavy lifting and carrying so it was still a somewhat productive day. I'll try to get my missed workout in today at some point if possible.

Week 5 Summary

250 test, 200 primo, 20 anavar

A very noticeable jump in performance on day 5 this week. I'm thinking that may have been the primo starting to kick in.

My macro app has me on a 3692 caloric target in the screenshot. I g

ot into a bit of a surplus but my weight isn't moving that much still.

Overall health is good but my joints are a bit sore. My elbows are the worst. Feels like tendonitis flaring up a bit. Probably due to the extra weight pushing in workout.

I have some NPP on the way. I think I might add that in for the last 6-8 weeks on this cycle to help my joints and maybe gain some more muscle. We'll see how it all goes.

I'm still at the cottage so I'll have to do my progress pics tomorrow after work.

NPP, might work, you use it before? it does have anxiety to some.

Anxiety has never been an issue for me, but bad joints definitely lol.

I'm on pre/pro bios, just added in psyllium 3 days ago. Not noticing any difference, but my dietary fibre had me pretty regular already. @LevButlerov

Try the NPP just slow, 100mgs /week.

How much psyllium you add? and what kind? post a pic please @BeMe

You and me both. Its really my parents house now but we call it the family cottage. Family of contractors. We built it about 5 years ago and my parents wanted a place that the whole family could fit it. @stevesmi

@LevButlerov I'm taking 8g a day just to see how my body reacts. Don't want to overdue it and wind up stuck on the toilet.

Log Day 39

Managed to get in my missed shoulder workout yesterday. Had to do a modified program because I was training at the cottage. First time I've hit legs in a week since my knee swole up. Working back into leg training slowly.

Still hitting my protein target everyday pretty easily. Didn't sleep as well as I usually do, probably the fried breaded chicken cutlet my mom made for dinner at the cottage. It's like being a kid again...eat what you're served lol. I've noticed over the years that eating fried foods tends to mess with my sleep a bit, but can't say no to moms cooking.

Lol if you can spell dyslexic are you really dsylexic? I'm not but I can barely spell it.

I'm Canadian, I live in Toronto. It's a bit of a long drive for you. I think I remember you saying you're in Boston right? You almost fought Marchand in a bar.
