Approved Log First Testosterone Cycle Log

Log Day 4

First dose of Anavar yesterday, 10mg sublingually 6pm.
Held under tongue for 10 mins, start warm-up at 6:30, training at 6:40.
Seemed to add 2 reps to my first working set in each movement.
Just after 7pm I noticed I don't feel worn down at all, still feeling fresh.
Added a set to my pull-ups, added incline press to the end of my training. I added 5 reps to my first set of incline press.

Today I'm going to try 20mg 45 mins pre workout and see how that goes. I watched a great YouTube video from VigorousSteve with study data regarding Anavar. I'm going to try his recommendation of 20mg/day sublingually, and taking the entire 20mg pre-work out on training days.

My Test, Primo, Anavar cycle kicked off this week, but technically it's only been 2 days. Below is my weekly data for sleep, weight, BP, calories. I took some quick pics yesterday right after my workout, so I'm pretty pumped up in the pics. My first pics in the log were under normal conditions.

Weekly Check In

In yet. Interested to see how you perform on the anavar
It's up there in my day 4 log. Tried a 10mg sublingual dose of Anavar and it went pretty good. There was a longer delay on the effects than I expected though. I'm adjusting my dosing time and amount today. Will post tomorrow with results.
