Primobolan isnf something you typically will feel and everyone repsonds differently with any compounds you use if i had to say for a feel, i noticed week 8-12 i got alot stronger and my endurance was up, not something u feel, unless we talking about pip i felt that shit day 1 😂
@Noah Wixx so PiP on primo is a real thing? How does one compound hurts and not another?
 
Oh I thought you were referring to high dose primo shutting down my estradiol.

I'm 40 and I was on TRT before I started this cycle. I started TRT about 7 months ago just before I turned 40.

I think it might be because back in the day people only worried about their T levels and didn't really know how important the T:E ratio is for overall men's health. Bros thought estrogen is a women's hormone and not important for a man.

Week 3 Summary

Test 200mg, Primo 100mg, Anavar 20mg sublingually daily

Good week overall, health has been good. I feel like the Anavar isn't providing the same sort of pre-workout boost it used too but I have been on a deload week so can't say for sure. Tomorrow I will be increasing my doses to 250mg Test, 200mg Primo for the start of week 4 on cycle.

My weight has been dropping these past two weeks since I started limiting carbs 250. I'm going to cycle carbs to 300 on training days and try to stay around 250 on off days and see how that goes. Protein is up to 350 now.

Recovery has been good. This was a deload week so I've been uping my steps and cardio a bit to atleast feel like I'm putting some work in. Looking forward to starting a new training cycle this week.

How long does it typically take you guys to start feeling the Primo? From what I read it's 3-6weeks?

I'm curious because I'm wondering when I should titrate up my test and primo and not spike my estradiol too high.

Last check Feb. 22/25, 180mg test weekly, estradiol 161 pmol/L, free test 920 pmol/L

Last day of my deload week. A few hours of yardwork on top. Ate a massive roast beef dinner and shot my protein way up. Hit the sauna then slept like a baby after.

I'd almost be happier at 394 and staying in the shadow of the current king. Don't want that pressure on my shoulders lol.

Still working on dialing in these new macros but round about 400 protein feels right. I am very hungry this past week so throwing in some chicken extea breast each day is a pleasure.

I went a bit too high on the calories and fat today but I know where I can adjust. I only have a few months of serious macro tracking under my belt so I'm still very green. I'm sure you guys are like human calculators when it comes to a plate of food.

Log Day 26

First real training day after a deload week that felt like forever. I was so happy to be lifting for real again. I've increased my volume at the beginning of this training cycle to try and push myself harder. This is a 2 RIR week.

I feel like the 20mg Anavar pre-workout isn't having as much of an effect as before. It's working for sure, but not the same. I'm guessing my body is getting used to it and that's normal?

Sleep was great, still trying to dial in the new macros and overshot a little bit. I'll adjust today. Weight is still trending up now.

Up that to 3 grams.

Lower it to 3 grams? I'm at 6 grams a day supplementary but I eat a lot of omega 3 in my diet as well.

Below is my dietary omega 3 from yesterday and I would say that's on the lower end compared to most days.

The screenshot is all dietary. Hemp seed, avocado, peanut butter, etc.

I take an additional 6000mg of Carlson's fish oil each day. 2000mg with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Another hype article, I wouldn't worry about it at all. They have no basis for what they claim, just clickbait.

I went way overboard on the calories yesterday. I'll have to make up for it today. Training was really good last night. My home team being in round 2 of the playoffs for the first time in a long time is costing me time in bed, worth it though because they're winning.

Log Day 28

I feel like I hit a sweet spot on my macros yesterday just with the foods I ate. I didn't even have to eat less and just supplement a bunch which was great.

Training is still strong. I've upped my volume by about 25% and I'm handling it well. Going to keep pushing my limits as I go deeper in to my cycle. Had some treadmill workout post lift to get my 10K steps in.

Weight is still on a upward trend with a new high scale weight this morning.

Tonight will be my 2nd injection at my new dose of 250 test, 200 primo, 20mg anavar.

I'm getting pretty crazy pumps that feel almost like cramps at work. I've read about anavar causing insane pumps.

Seems to mainly effect my upper glutes and now today my mid back locked up pretty painfully while I was moving and extension ladder.

I take 3g of Taurine in the am with 3g of beta alanine and then again in the afternoon.

Should I add more Taurine or is there another supplement I can take to help avoid these pumps at work?

I remember our last discussion where you were saying that you were splitting the dose of anavar in two: one dose pre workout and another at some point during the day? Is my recollection accurate?

I was also saying that I was taking it all at once pre workout to get all the pump benefits where it matters the most. Well, I never took anavar outside of my workouts so I cannot tell if it would give me a pump even when not lifting weights but for sure one way to avoid non desired pumps would be to focus on using it pre workout.

The only time I want to have such blood flow is during my workout and in the bedroom 🤣🍆

No N2guard but I am taking tudca. My anavar is all sublingual and only 20mg a day.

I take 6mg of taurine a day.

Electrolyte mix in the AM (sodium 750mg, potassium 545mg, Phosphorus 18mg, iodine 50mcg, magnesium 100mg, chloride 1610mg)
with 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/3 tsp pink salt.

No ED at all. Worked really well last night actually lol. Libido is still pretty high. Not raging like when I first bumped the test and started anavar 3 weeks ago but still very strong. @LevButlerov

@BeMe I would cut back taurine to 5 grams and increase your electrolytes double.

Some interesting things to report today.

I feel like I might be a bit more emotional? Not generally, not angry, but sensitive? Feels like sad things happening on a TV show just hit a little harder than usual. It's not drastic but it's definitely there. Maybe it's how normal people feel all the time lol. I've never been too effected by things I read or see on TV. Specifically the first episode of the new season of Black Mirror got me harder than anything ever. Maybe estrogen is a bit higher than usual?

Secondly, I have a recurring problem with my right knee that's popped up again. I have a bunch of fluid buildup on the interior side of my patella. Not sure why or how it happens, I think working on my knees aggrivates it. Back on the BPC157 for me and I'm going to have to skip anything that requires leg drive til it settles down. Skipped rowing last night and just did some easy walking on the treadmill to get to 12k steps for the day.

Ordered in sushi last night so carbs got way up there.

Electrolytes are sold in such tiny and weak doses that it's almost as if we were drinking water honestly. They make so much money by selling this weak stuff. If your water consumption is adequate, no harm in doubling the dosage to help with the cramps. Especially if you work a physical job. Sometimes we underestimate the fatigue, dehydration and other factors that our daily activities bring to the mix.

As for the irritability and sensitivity that you are experiencing I got the same. But at the same time, I went cold turkey on the antidepressants so I get mixed signals but some days, I feel like everybody is a dumbass. Maybe that's how everybody feels like you said but I doubt it lol. My estrogen was also ramping up into the red zone so maybe that is another factor. But I expected such behavior from going from not using any gear to using some of it. I am also a very impatient dude so as long as I'm aware of the behavior like you did, I'm good honestly. Nothing I can really do about I think. I'll stay away from the tren as long as I can to prevent anything bad down the line 🤣

Just looking up online for a provider seems like I am going to get scammed by any one of them by buying fake stuff or not getting the supplies at all. I've had amazing success with BPC157 and if I have a more serious problem TB500. I've been using peptides for 3 or 4 years now and always have some BPC157 ready to go for situations like this. I played competitive sports my whole life, so I'm living with a lot of old injuries. By the time I was 24 I'd had more surgeries than the average person probably has in their entire life lol.

Canlabs was the greatest supplier in the world but the CBC made it so they can't sell in Canada anymore. I'll message you with a good source that I use now. There's a few popular companies in Canada that don't provide good product, so Google searches can get you in trouble.

For me BPC157 typically cuts my recovery time in half. Even less if you're able to properly recover the injury. In my case, it keeps we working and training while speeding up the healing process.

No not generally emotional, and not overly emotional now. It's more like a background thing that's barely perceptible but it's there. I have bloodwork scheduled for the 31st and I'll be getting my estradiol level taken at that time.

I've been using bpc157 and tb500 for years now. I only break out the tb500 for more serious injuries. This is pretty minor and it's happened before. I usually pin 400mcg twice daily locally if possible. It's been a life saver for me and the missed days of work it's saved me had paid the purchase price many times over.

Third day on the BPC157 for my knee and the inflammation is down a fair bit. We'll see as the day progresses. Hopefully by tomorrow I can bend it properly again.

No not generally emotional, and not overly emotional now. It's more like a background thing that's barely perceptible but it's there. I have bloodwork scheduled for the 31st and I'll be getting my estradiol level taken at that time.

I've been using bpc157 and tb500 for years now. I only break out the tb500 for more serious injuries. This is pretty minor and it's happened before. I usually pin 400mcg twice daily locally if possible. It's been a life saver for me and the missed days of work it's saved me had paid the purchase price many times over.

@BeMe that will solve the issue, electrolytes are your key. You're at 408 grams of protein, day 1 of protein king crown :D EVO family only has 1 and you can have it. Do this for 5 more days and you'll get a new user title "PROTEIN KING"

Mother's Day celebrations yesterday really messed with my macros. I knew it would, so I ended up drinking 3 whey shakes throughout the day to hit my protein target. Feels like cheating but I've been told it's all good.

There's less inflammation in my knee this morning and I can almost bend it all the way. The BPC157 is doing what it does.

Shoulder day yesterday was great. Upped some weights and still hitting PRs or maintaining new highs.

Scale weight is flying up which is a bit alarming. The goal is lean gains so packing on a bunch of fat wouldn't be ideal. I'll be keeping an eye on that. Hopefully it's a mostly muscle and some water and not fat.

I feel like some of the weight is water of fat. I'm losing some definition in my mid section. I'm proned to love handles so I'm keeping an eye out for those..can't let my BF get up too much @LevButlerov

Week 4 Summary

Sorry I'm a day late on this one with Mother's Day yesterday.

This was my first full week at my new dosage
250mg test, 200mg primo, 20mg anavar

Macros targets still
400 Protein, <150 fat, <300 carbs

My appetite was a bit much this week and I went a bit overboard averaging just under 4000 calories a day. Appetite feels like it's come back down today. Going to keep the protein up but drop the calories some according to my appetite. I eat pretty much an all whole food diet, no processed foods or refined sugars as much as possible. Lots of meat fruits and veggies each day.

Biggest change this week was my scale weight as you'll see below. How good or not go up averaging 4000 calories a day. I weight train 5 days a week, HIIT rowing the other 2, and average 10k legit steps a day. Soon I'll be doing a lot of mountain biking so I'll probably end up needing those 4000 calories.

Great week overall apart from my knee injury coming back. Hopefully I can start training legs again towards the end of the week.

If I look bigger here it's because I took these pictures right after my workout. Usually today is an off day but I have a modified schedule this week and don't have time to wait for the pump to go down. For comparison usually I take pictures on off days, so these pictures are a bit of a variable. To be fair I'm posting this while walking on a treadmill and drinking my post workout shake lol. No time in my life.
