Shoulder press plate loaded

Lateral raise machine superset rear delt fly
4sets x15 lateral raise
X12 rear delt fly machine
Triple set dumbbell shoulder.
3 sets of front raises followed by side raises and rear delt flies.
7.5kg dumbbells, no rest between exercises.
This one is a killer. Go until failure.
Tricep superset cable straight bar extension with single arm cable extension
3 sets to failure.
22.5kg straight bar/7.5kg single
Plate loaded dip machine
120kg To failure 3 sets.
20 minutes light cardio on treadmill.
Post workout meal is a coconut tumeric chicken muscle chef with a protein shake. 60g protein!
