Approved Log Testosterone Masteron First Cycle Log

Hey brothers, It's time to get serious!

𝐓𝐑𝐒𝐬 𝐜𝐲𝐜π₯𝐞 𝐰𝐒π₯π₯ π›πž 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 @R&Dpharma.

To kick of this cycle I'll be running 375mg Test E and 200mg Masteron. Splitting the dosage to 2x pins a week. In preparation for this cycle I have been increasing my trt dosage from 150mg to 250mg to see how the body responded. Lifts have gone up slightly and workouts have been good so I am excited to see what this cycle brings me!

Planning on a 12 week cycle but depending on how bloods are looking I could extend it to 16 weeks(opinions on this please)

Starting weight is 87kg and will be in a slight surplus to hopefully reach 90kg+ but still remain quite lean.

Dosages may also increase throughout cycle 😜

Training 6 days a week is excellent. That's some good dedication.
 
Sunday 25th May

Pinned 0.75ml @R&Dpharma Test E in the delt this morning.. so smooth, no pip what so ever. Best gear on the market in my opinion.

Training shoulders and triceps today.

Shoulder press plate loaded
Warmup 20kg x20
40kg x12
50kg x8
50kg x8

Lateral raise machine superset rear delt fly
4sets x15 lateral raise
X12 rear delt fly machine

Triple set dumbbell shoulder.
3 sets of front raises followed by side raises and rear delt flies.
7.5kg dumbbells, no rest between exercises.
This one is a killer. Go until failure.

Tricep superset cable straight bar extension with single arm cable extension
3 sets to failure.
22.5kg straight bar/7.5kg single

Plate loaded dip machine
120kg To failure 3 sets.

20 minutes light cardio on treadmill.

Post workout meal is a coconut tumeric chicken muscle chef with a protein shake. 60g protein!

I've unfortunately got sick... Luckily tomorrow was going to be a rest day from gym, but hopefully I recover quick and can get back into training soon!

Another smooth pin in the delt tonight
@R&Dpharma test E 0.75ml. I've been pinning twice a week and feeling good.. Im up from 86.6kg to 88kg in a week and a half. Excited to add in some Masteron when order arrives!
 
Feeling unwell and having a rest day today but must still reach protein goals!

Breakfast is oats with a scoop of protein powder, greek yoghurt and chia seeds and a protein shake.

Leg day!

Once again I'm aiming for high volume, get a real sweat on. The leg extension to lunges superset is an absolute killer after destroying yourself on the hack squat.
