Hey EVO family.
I'm Woodiee, 34 from Australia.
After posting up my first round of bloods when beginning trt alot of you were requesting me to start a log.. so here it is 🤗.

I started self dosing trt exactly 2 months ago(8 weeks) with 125mg a week of test E, split into two doses of 0.25ml Wednesday afternoon and 0.25ml Sunday morning. I will post my 6 week bloods again in this thread for you all to have a read and I would love any feedback you guys have. I have since upped my dose to 180mg a week split into two doses at 0.35ml each using a 27g 1/2" to the delts and will be getting bloods in another 6 weeks.

While on trt I've noticed some body recomposition and I would love to keep it going and have that strong athletic look.. I'm currently eating at close to maintainance, aiming for 200g of protein a day. I will include you all on my journey and post meals as I go, with my exercise regiments.

If my bloods come back all good in 6 weeks, I'd love to begin my first cycle and make some serious gains with all of your help..

I've attached a photo of myself with tattoos edited out and my 6 week bloods will be included.

I understand my RBC and hematocrit were high on previous bloods but I'm putting that back on dehydration as I just came back from a holiday and I know for a fact I barely drank water for 3 days prior to the bloods.. I've since really focused on water intake and drinking a gallon a day.
 
I'm currently eating at close to maintainance, aiming for 200g of protein a day.
Welcome Woodie, all the best on your journey, biggest point I'd make is tracking your daily calories/macros. I'd get that dialed in now over the next 6 weeks before the cycle.

Also make sure you have an AI on hand your estrogen is already over top of range. Can also consider pinning 3 or 4 times a week its believed it smooths out the test dosage and causes less too aromatise.

Thanks freki, would you recommend arimidex or aromasin. I'm feeling good at this e2 level with no sides. Would it be worth messing with?

Personally I wouldn't mess with it atm if no sides, if your erections are fine and no nipple sensitivity or gyno issues leave it. On cycle will def need one of the AIs which one for you i don't know I'll leave that for members with more experience.

Thanks mate. Yeah feeling good. Only just upped my dose yesterday so I'll keep an eye out for symptoms. Am trying to lose some fat during this recomp so should help with aromatizing. On cycle I will definitely have one on hand..

Thanks mate. Been training consistently for 3 years but was drinking alcohol and diet was terrible. It's only this year that I've taken it serious.. it's time to see some real gains

@Woodiee yes alcohol is poison. good job changing up i know addictions can be tough but i haven't touched an ounce of alcohol myself in 20 years and don't care for it at all

Breakfast this morning is overnight oats with a scoop of iso ripped protein,Greek yoghurt, milk(to much milk 🤣) and chia seeds.

Also have a WPI protein shake.

checked your bloods you need to get aromasin in there 6mgs/week to start to cut the estrogen

also want to see more food and training and info as you go to keep this log going
once we got some updates from you we can see how we can push a blast from this also

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Nice base to start with. What was the reason on increasing trt dose from 125 to 180?
May not have been the smartest move as it is quite a jump in dosage but at the moment I'm just experimenting with dosages based on how I feel and backing it with bloodwork.. 180 may be too much long term but I'll see how the bloods are looking in 6 weeks.
