I'm Woodiee, 34 from Australia.
After posting up my first round of bloods when beginning trt alot of you were requesting me to start a log.. so here it is 🤗.

I started self dosing trt exactly 2 months ago(8 weeks) with 125mg a week of test E, split into two doses of 0.25ml Wednesday afternoon and 0.25ml Sunday morning. I will post my 6 week bloods again in this thread for you all to have a read and I would love any feedback you guys have. I have since upped my dose to 180mg a week split into two doses at 0.35ml each using a 27g 1/2" to the delts and will be getting bloods in another 6 weeks.

While on trt I've noticed some body recomposition and I would love to keep it going and have that strong athletic look.. I'm currently eating at close to maintainance, aiming for 200g of protein a day. I will include you all on my journey and post meals as I go, with my exercise regiments.

If my bloods come back all good in 6 weeks, I'd love to begin my first cycle and make some serious gains with all of your help..

Welcome Woodie, all the best on your journey, biggest point I'd make is tracking your daily calories/macros. I'd get that dialed in now over the next 6 weeks before the cycle.

Also make sure you have an AI on hand your estrogen is already over top of range. Can also consider pinning 3 or 4 times a week its believed it smooths out the test dosage and causes less too aromatise.

Personally I wouldn't mess with it atm if no sides, if your erections are fine and no nipple sensitivity or gyno issues leave it. On cycle will def need one of the AIs which one for you i don't know I'll leave that for members with more experience.

Thanks mate. Yeah feeling good. Only just upped my dose yesterday so I'll keep an eye out for symptoms. Am trying to lose some fat during this recomp so should help with aromatizing. On cycle I will definitely have one on hand..

Thanks mate. Been training consistently for 3 years but was drinking alcohol and diet was terrible. It's only this year that I've taken it serious.. it's time to see some real gains
@Woodiee yes alcohol is poison. good job changing up i know addictions can be tough but i haven't touched an ounce of alcohol myself in 20 years and don't care for it at all

I understand my RBC and hematocrit were high on previous bloods but I'm putting that back on dehydration as I just came back from a holiday and I know for a fact I barely drank water for 3 days prior to the bloods.. I've since really focused on water intake and drinking a gallon a day.

Breakfast this morning is overnight oats with a scoop of iso ripped protein,Greek yoghurt, milk(to much milk 🤣) and chia seeds.

checked your bloods you need to get aromasin in there 6mgs/week to start to cut the estrogen

Nice base to start with. What was the reason on increasing trt dose from 125 to 180?
May not have been the smartest move as it is quite a jump in dosage but at the moment I'm just experimenting with dosages based on how I feel and backing it with bloodwork.. 180 may be too much long term but I'll see how the bloods are looking in 6 weeks.

Or just lower the TRT dose. It might be too high

It's all good bro no judgement in here.

Just keep a close eye on it, like I would of ordered the AI already. I 100% think you'll be miles over with the extra load.

Also noticing those that do have e problems don't realise till the blood test is way over and all these symptoms hit at once.
 
Would it be ok to drop the dose back next injection or is it too soon.. my poor hormones will be all over the place haha
Yeah for sure drop it back.

I aromatised at 100mg, about 25% BF
Im currently at 150mg around 15% BF no AI and going for bloods on Monday, feel a lot better with no sides, but still think I'll be right at the top of range.

Thanks guys. I'm open to everyone's opinion on this but I will be dropping dosage back to 150mg. I agree with freki that 180mg is too much of an increase given my last e2 results. I will focus on trimming some body fat in the next month and assess bloodwork.. further dosage drop could be an option with EOD pins. The goal is to not need to juggle my e2 with ai's and sit at a healthy level long term...

Thanks for starting the log man. Great start. I love to see that you started your self-TRT at a reasonable dose and not something like 200mg. One suggestion I have is waiting a while to do a blast. Proper TRT can take a long time to dial in and you want to master that first. I would probably give it at least 6 months to make sure everything is good and level. I look forward to following along!

perhaps drop to 150mg and focus on dropping BF%? Assess bloods at 6-8 weeks? Does that sound like a smart move or should I drop back to say 120mg?

Yeah bro I did 20 minutes of incline treadmill. Had to cut it short though, had family commitments this morning. I'm currently on holidays for 2 weeks so I've upped my cardio and doing a bit every day. I work a physical job and get close to 20k steps daily and resume next week.
 
Hey mate, good log and hello from another self dosing aussie, the clinics in australia just aren't worth it and overly priced to hell, definitely a better option to self do it in this country, keep up the good work
Cheers bro. Yeah clinics are a money grab. With enough knowledge behind you, self dosing is the way to go. Alot of people will start with a clinic and end up self dosing once they've got their protocol sorted.

Second favourite day today.. pin day! Next to Wednesdays pin day. Tried to open up a new Injection site and give the delt a break by going in the ventrogluteal.. tricky little spot to find after the 1000 videos and pictures ive seen. I darted that bitch in and something did not feel right, it felt uncomfortable, almost like I was close to a nerve or connective tissue. The feeling is hard to describe. I pussied out and went into old faithful(delt).. I'll try again next week.. if anyone has some tips to find the site, let me know 🤣

After posting up my first round of bloods when beginning trt alot of you were requesting me to start a log.. so here it is 🤗.

I started self dosing trt exactly 2 months ago(8 weeks) with 125mg a week of test E, split into two doses of 0.25ml Wednesday afternoon and 0.25ml Sunday morning. I will post my 6 week bloods again in this thread for you all to have a read and I would love any feedback you guys have. I have since upped my dose to 180mg a week split into two doses at 0.35ml each using a 27g 1/2" to the delts and will be getting bloods in another 6 weeks.

While on trt I've noticed some body recomposition and I would love to keep it going and have that strong athletic look.. I'm currently eating at close to maintainance, aiming for 200g of protein a day. I will include you all on my journey and post meals as I go, with my exercise regiments.

If my bloods come back all good in 6 weeks, I'd love to begin my first cycle and make some serious gains with all of your help..

I've attached a photo of myself with tattoos edited out and my 6 week bloods will be included.

20min is a good time on treadmill, stay steady on cardio. @Woodiee
