Leg day today, kept it short and sweet this morning because I wanted to throw in 20 minutes of cardio before work.

Hack squat:
Warmup set
3 sets 120kg to failure. Assisted reps to help squeeze out another 5 reps after failure.

Leg extension superset with lunges
3 sets 50kg to failure.. assisted reps after failure.

Proned Hamstring curls
20kg warm up 15 reps
35kg 3 sets X12

20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill inclined at 5.5 speed 5.5
Those workouts are the most efficient and allows max effort in a short-term burst.

@Woodiee Nice job on structuring your workout to fit your schedule while still hitting those key muscle groups. Keep up the good work, and don't forget to focus on recovery too!

After a massive day yesterday starting with the gym at 3.45am and then working until 5pm and not getting home until 6.. racking up over 25k steps, I decided to rest the body this morning and have a rest day from the gym. Recovery is important!! A long weekend is coming up, will be posting my workouts! Stay tuned.

Good update

Apologies guys I've been a bit slack with the updates lately, work has been busy and having 2 young children I barely have time to scratch my nuts😬

I've been training consistently every morning and diet has been good.. making some good progress. I'm also averaging over 20k steps daily.

Feeling good on 150mg test E a week and will be adding 50mg of masteron in the next week or two.

@Woodiee leg days are always a mental battle but you’re smashing it. That’s a killer volume session, loving the hack squat pyramid and all the supersets.

My third meal is some lean ground seasoned beef mince, oven roasted sweet potato, cottage cheese and avocado drizzled with chilli honey.. pure gains.
Meals look really good, like a pro cooked them :D @Woodiee

Post workout meal. Pesto chicken and broccoli muscle chef 42 grams protein and 27g carbs. A protein shake 35g.. pushing 80 grams protein
@Woodiee thats a damn good pack of protein man. Nice work

Nah man I had red meat that night after your comment.. I need to prepare to go back to prison! They could take me from my trailer any day!
@Woodiee bro my pit trained for when they kick down trailer door and come for me. but i also keep extra vial of tren in anus in case

Nice work

Just a quick update brothers. On Monday I'll be starting an aggressive 4 week cut in hopes to shed some stubborn fat before I commence a bulk. I am hoping to lose 1kg per week and sit at 1900 calories a day. I'll be cutting this log short and starting a cycle at 375mg of test E and masteron.. masteron dosage I'm still unsure of but maybe 200mg? Im open to suggestions on how to optimise this cycle to yield the best results! Will proudly be continuing to run @R&Dpharma and logging this new journey every step of the way!

Just from reading, Masteron is a finisher i think it has limited benefits here unless your already very lean. Or possibly E control. Whats your current BF%

On a 4 week cycle
Test
Anavar
Reta
Walking
I'm going with this stack for my next cut.

Not even sure if you would see much of the the mast in 4 weeks

Cycle will be a total of 12-16 weeks depending on bloods. Just gonna do a mini cut in the process.. or.maybe just send it and cut after the cycle. It's all still up in the air

That calculator works only for average people who don't go to the gym, it estimates your lean mass based on age and height.

I don't think you're over 20% bf.
Your thinking of BMI , this includes neck and belly measurements. Unless Woodie has an unusually small neck then it should be pretty accurate to within a few percent.

Solid workout. I can't handle that much volume for the lats. How much are you letting the back rest before the next workout?

Where do you exactly do you measure around neck and belly? With a tape measure or string then measure string? I can’t find any clear instructions.

The flexible tapes are $2 from Coles, i have used a charging cord before , then laid against a tape measure.
If you Hit the ? next to the measurement it will tell you how and where to measure.

This thread has no longer become "trt journey". First cycle has commenced. Pinned 0.5ml(pinning 2x pWeek)@R&Dpharma test E this morning. Will run 250mg for a few weeks and titrate up to 375ml and incorporate masteron. Excited to see what comes out of this!

Thinking 375mg test E and 200mg mast E. What's everyone's thoughts on this cycle. Planning on 12-16 weeks depending on bloods results at the 6-8 week mark.

@Woodiee If you're using @R&Dpharma that's high quality strong gear.
Switching from TRT to a full cycle, I would still concentrate on Testosterone.
Up the testosterone to 400mgs/week and stay with masteron at 200mgs/week, split shots if you can into 2-3 per week. You can pyramid to 500mgs test at around week 4.

Update pic.
You're looking really good, tight!

@Woodiee bros this is a great log so far and you already updating it. that is good. should always change things up as you go i like it

I may have asked this before but TRT at 34??
Struggled with Subtance abuse all through my 20s.. even late teens.. I believe that played a role in my testosterone being on the low end..

Despite cleaning up and training for multiple years consistently I was just always so fatigued and spinning the wheels and very poor mindset/depression and anxiety.

Trt has helped me immensely and I don't see myself looking back.

@Woodiee test and mast E are some of my favorite steroids to use.
its a good recomp stack.
make sure you are using an Ai if needed but you might not since the mast works as one too

@woodie this is a very mild stack

you will get some good results with minimal sides.

16 weeks IMO is too long. that is like 20+ weeks counting ester
