Hello everyone sorry for the long delay between my last post but haven’t logged in forever wanted to make sure my next progress pics were noticeably improved from last time. Here is my physique as of Wednesday April 1st. I definitely feel I hit my goal of sub 10% bodyfat, think I’m about 9% if I said to say lmk what you guys think my bf is? Strength has plateaued I think i definitely was a little too optimistic about my goals for strength considering I have Been in a calorie deficit this entire cycle and had to further reduce calories to hit this leanness as I also started to plateau in bf %. Still happy with strength gains and extremely happy with the aesthetic/ bodyfat loss I do think I hit my goal on that end. Lmk what yall think?
