I have a log over on EF and this is my workout from yesterday but wanted to go ahead and get a log up and running on here. I have been posting weekly updates but the goal is to start logging twice a week on each forum. I was running 200-250mg/wk for about 2 months and bumped to 350mg/wk about 3 weeks ago. Bloods look great, getting more in 2 weeks and will post those up.

The name of the game is recovery, have used glow off and on (mostly on) for the last 8 months and I’m a big proponent of it. GH is still relatively new to the stack, but the benefits are noticeable within a couple days in my restorative sleep.

Keeping it simple, don’t fix what’s not broken. Although I would be lying if I don’t have the goblin mask telling me to up the dose, but playing it slow.

3mg I found has been the sweet spot on my cuts. Just enough to kill the hunger, but not too strong of a dose where it feels like a chore to finish meals

The difference in averaging 6.5h a night vs averaging 8h/night (excluding traveled away weekends) is night and day for me. Mainly helping me not drag through work when I’m already in a deep cal deficit

The difference in averaging 6.5h a night vs averaging 8h/night (excluding traveled away weekends) is night and day for me. Mainly helping me not drag through work when I’m already in a deep cal deficit
Bros, hell yeah, I agree it makes a big difference.
 
The name of the game is recovery, have used glow off and on (mostly on) for the last 8 months and I’m a big proponent of it. GH is still relatively new to the stack, but the benefits are noticeable within a couple days in my restorative sleep.
Recovery is crucial. I completely agree with you. You've got to keep kicking ass in this life.

• Weight: 215lbs = 97.522 kg
• Changes from last week: Back to back wedding weekend is finally over

• Daily calorie target: 2,400 kcal/day
• Macros: 210g carbs, 67g fat, 240g protein
• Didn’t track the weekend, but protein has been spot on with carbs closer to 140 most days and fats closer to 90. Bought chicken thighs that were way fattier than I thought when I bought them so f’d up the week’s meal prep.

Notes:
• Successfully kept drinking to a minimum Saturday night at the wedding, call that a win.
• Sleep was horrible over the weekend averaging about 4.5h Friday & Saturday, but bounced back with 9h last night.
• Travel day and rest day Friday.
• Whooped my brother in golf since he beat me over Easter weekend for the first time in my life and he made sure to tell everyone. Went to the gym after for a Push A day and then to the wedding.
• Sunday travel day and let body recover.
• For a wedding weekend, and only missing one training day (Sunday), I’ll take it.

Cheers to no sides. Thinking of pushing Test only and slowly titrate up 4-6 weeks until I get sides, but may hire a coach just to have a direct eye for guidance to get the most out of this cycle

• Let the diet slip hard last night. First crashout binge and ended up in about a 1k surplus. Not upset because the body honestly needed it, I haven’t given myself any true cheat meals or regress due to the weddings and I considered the alcohol my cheat meal. Put it to use this morning with some fasted cardio and a huge arm day. Was going to take a rest day but couldn’t waste the extra calories.

• Most intense leg day of the year yesterday, back and hips felt great so time to grow the tree trunks again. Not a great leg pump pic, but legs were so pumped there was hardly any definition to begin with.
• Injected 600mg of L-Carnatine pre workout today as the first time trying L-Carnatine. I’ve had it sitting on my dresser for probably 3 months and finally decided to give it a try. Is it worth the added injection? Have a similar debate with Glutathione as I have only used it a few times

• Hit one of the bigger arm volume days I have hit in a while. Added the ending supersets based off a recommendation to help emphasize growing my arms this cycle. But my arms felt like balloons at the end of my workout, the added carbs from last night’s mini binge helped fuel all the volume
• Added pic of my go to meal prep, stupid easy in the slow cooker, so hard to make an excuse to get takeout

• Finally a weekend home. Looking forward to getting a weekend that isn’t ruined by poor sleep and late nights. I live at the beach so a good pump and a beach day is a hard Saturday to beat

That's looking really good if you ask me. Four to six weeks sounds really strong.

Got bloods from this week. Total test maxes out at 1500 ng/dl and Free Test maxes out at 327 pg/ml on this test. Primarily just use it for estrogen and health parameters.
Going to start taking Calcium D Glucarate 2x/day to help with estrogen but with the plan of upping test in the next couple weeks, I think the inevitable jump to an ai is the next step as Test will go from 350mg/wk to 400-450mg. Thoughts on starting dose to not crash e2 off rip

estrogen is high :D @Tomandjerry get some aromasin much easier to control start 12.5mgs eod
