• 26 y/o, 6’3”, currently 216
• Been lifting ~11 years, with 8 years of intense lifting whereas the first 3 were just high school lifts for sports
• Previous bulk/cut phases: most recent cut from ~240 → 204 (Fall 2025)
• First cycle with AAS. Was on peptides and enclo for a year before jumping on test.
• Currently in a cut, focused on getting down to ~8–10% while maintaining size and strength
• Background is primarily bodybuilding focus, but also completed a 70.3 Ironman in December 2024 just to mix up fitness goals
• Goal is to run a smart, controlled first cycle—not trying to overdo anything or sacrifice long-term health
• Lifestyle includes a lot of weekend travel which hinders progress from time to time, but I’m usually able to prioritize hitting protein, hydration, and a lift when out of town

I have a log over on EF and this is my workout from yesterday but wanted to go ahead and get a log up and running on here. I have been posting weekly updates but the goal is to start logging twice a week on each forum. I was running 200-250mg/wk for about 2 months and bumped to 350mg/wk about 3 weeks ago. Bloods look great, getting more in 2 weeks and will post those up.
