Hello this is my first log, I am running first cycle in a few years I’ve been cruising for awhile now at roughly 150mg per week. Cycle plan is 350mg test E, 200mg Primo both weekly, Anavar 50mg a day. Planning on doing 16 weeks total.
Weight- 200lbs
Height 5’9
Age- 26
Years training- 10
Cycle history- don’t even know blasted high test a couple times at 500mg, one of which was with tren A at 150mg and Anavar 25mg. Other than that been cruising and started gear at 22 years of age.
Diet - 2500 calories as goal is to recomp and lose weight and build muscle. 200g protein per day at least
Training - PPL twice a week with 1 rest day
Cardio- goal is 60/90mins per week
Supplements - SLU pp 332, Cialis, methylane blue, mots-c
Sleep- typically 8hours a day but pretty inconsistent
