Hello this is my first log, I am running first cycle in a few years I’ve been cruising for awhile now at roughly 150mg per week. Cycle plan is 350mg test E, 200mg Primo both weekly, Anavar 50mg a day. Planning on doing 16 weeks total.

Diet - 2500 calories as goal is to recomp and lose weight and build muscle. 200g protein per day at least

Training - PPL twice a week with 1 rest day

Cardio- goal is 60/90mins per week

Supplements - SLU pp 332, Cialis, methylane blue, mots-c

Sleep- typically 8hours a day but pretty inconsistent

Nice start to the log bro. The length of your program before deload at 12-16 weeks is ideal as far as I am concerned . That is a large amount of volume you are doing during the week. What is your current level of recovery from workout to workout? What percentage of total effort do you think you are using? (10% being stupid easy to 100% being just off failure per lift). This will help the Evo Fam to see what type of supplements and recovery aids you might need, if any. Evo love brother 🩵

Been a solid bit of week on nutrition but dropped the ball training wise (busy birthday period) got a session in last night and planned another tonight.
Weight moving slightly, 98.5 this morning. Waist hasnt grown so happy there.
Sleep has been amazing on 4iu of gh, just moved up to 5

Not to be that guy bro but i feel you might be expecting too much from this one cycle..
Dropping to 10% bf no worries easy work.
Adding 100lb to you bench at the same time is where you will struggle.

Chasing the 10% bf your focus is the fat loss and retaining you muscle that you have.. yes could still recomp a little and build some muscle in the process for sure, no doubt.
But chasing big strength increases may have you shifting directions with your structure too often to get the most out of either goal.

My opinion, treat this phase as a cut/semi recomp. Save you current muscle and pick up progress when it presents itself. Structuring your peri workout nutrition window will return the biggest dividends here.

Get yourself as lean and as healthy as possible and then focus on a growth phase post cut where you can shift your focus and gain your strength increases then.

Just to clarify one thing though bro, are you saying you started gear when you were 22 and tren and been cruising ever since?!

Workouts look pretty good to me mate. Just might have to be careful on 6 days a week but you are young so maybe not as big an issue.

Agree with @toddthelineman that significantly increasing your bench while dropping body fat will be tough unless you're still milking newbie gains.

Nice job. I think 2500 calories is a good goal. @Clenbutegod I think a lot of people react well to going on the under on it versus overdoing it on the calories, especially on a recomposition.

Great base we have the same stats, 5'9" and 200lbs or so. Good workout. I'd focus on getting to sub 10% BF before you look to put 100lbs on the bench for now, that will come later and it will come don't worry. We got you.

So far you're doing nothing wrong with diet only because we don't know it yet. As for @LevButlerov's list and to answer your question here is what I recommend (see pics) because gut health is a huge factor in your endeavour:

I would say 90% for my last set typically, my rests are 60secs between sets and 90secs between workouts. Thank you for your response!

Totally get what you are saying and you absolutely could be right I know my goals are very high for this cycle. I will say the reason I am so optimistic is because I am just trying to get back to my baseline strength from when I was hitting gym consistently about 2 years ago, not reach all time new records. It’s essentially like noobie gains for me as it’s always easy for me to gain strength back after being out for al ong time , I haven’t hit gym consistently for about 1 1/2 to 2 years. This is also my heaviest and longest cycle I will have done. To clarify I began steroids at 22 years old but just trt dosages of 150mg, apart from an 8 week cycle where I did high test and 150 tren a I beleive it was but that was hit so this will be my mg by mg longest and biggest cycle. Hope that helps clarify!

Yessir appreciate that. I can easily hit protein goals at This calorie intake as well, as I get leaner I might raise slightly depending on how the physique looks but I feel this is a solid starting calorie intake.

I will say the reason I am so optimistic is because I am just trying to get back to my baseline strength from when I was hitting gym consistently about 2 years ago, not reach all time new records. It’s essentially like noobie gains for me as it’s always easy for me to gain strength back after being out for al ong time , I haven’t hit gym consistently for about 1 1/2 to 2 years. This is also my heaviest and longest cycle I will have done. To clarify I began steroids at 22 years old but just trt dosages of 150mg, apart from an 8 week cycle where I did high test and 150 tren a I beleive it was but that was hit so this will be my mg by mg longest and biggest cycle. Hope that helps clarify!
Just to clarify one more time. Tren A I ran one time for 8 weeks that was it lol, from my comment it sounds like I’ve been cruising with that no no just test lol.

I would consider either increasing your cardio or doing high-intensity cardio. You can certainly get away with 10 minutes of high-intensity cardio a day for example. @Clenbutegod

Great base we have the same stats, 5'9" and 200lbs or so. Good workout. I'd focus on getting to sub 10% BF before you look to put 100lbs on the bench for now, that will come later and it will come don't worry. We got you.

There's still a lot to unpack here. We need your diet. Check out my 2026 as an example of how far you can take it in terms of breaking down your diet. My log is in my signature posted below anything I post.

Yessir appreciate that. I can easily hit protein goals at This calorie intake as well, as I get leaner I might raise slightly depending on how the physique looks but I feel this is a solid starting calorie intake.

Just a quick update on stats, as stated my strength goal for this cycle was to increase my bench 100, so from 215 4x8 to 315 4x8 bench and for squats 150 so from 255 4x8 to 405 4x8

2 weeks in and have added 30lbs to bench now doing
4x8 245 bench
Also added 30lbs to squat and now doing
4x8 285 squat.

Great start so far 💪


Bodyfat wise I’d say I’ve lost about 1% bodyfat , I still weigh roughly the same. Goal is 9% bodyfat by end of cycle.

I am ordering fish oil and a blood pressure monitor but really don’t want to cut my cycle so short is there anything else you guys would suggest for heart health? I’ve been doing 90-120mins cardio a week but am probably going to up it to min 30mins a day so 210mins a a week cardio. What are your guys thoughts? I’ve never had just pains from gear before but this is my first blast ever that has lasted longer than 2 weeks.

If you go back to TRT and the issue goes away, might be worth trying a test only cycle. And Maybe up the dose gradually. Try 250 for two weeks then go 300 etc.

What are the health concerns brother - decent for 4 weeks but truly you wouldnt of seen the results from aas at 4 weeks

i have not had this issue before. Yessir i definitely might try that once i resolve everything and bloods look gtg.

It has 20+ required supplements for guys like us in it, then I'd add fish oil and we can look into Ubiquinol, Magnesium, L-Carnitine for the heart and higher dose Vitamin D if it isn't cardiac, but we'll need bloodwork and more BP readings too. High dose Vitamin C and D are a really good idea anyway.

No signs of any heart damage whatsover, not even LVH, nor any signs of clotting at all and ran a d dimer test. Lev you ended up being spot on, doctor said he’s confident it’s a skeletal or muscle issue, I explained to him what I’ve been taking and he thinks it’s the fact that I gained so much strength and rammed up the gym so aggressively especially after a long break. He thinks the symptoms should go away in a week or so and recommended I take a little break from upper body lifting.

Yessir I think I’m going to give it a few days rest until I’m 100% then starting going hard again and potentially going back on the cycle, was just a big scare and I’ve never had that before so was super worried. Back on cycle and it’s been going great, as per my original post my Main goals for this cycle were to get sub 10% body fat and increase bench by 100lbs and squat by 150 in 16 weeks

My starting stats for these
215bench 4x8
255 squat 4x8

This week I hit 265 bench 4x8 and 315 squat 4x8 successfully, that means I’ve added 50lbs to bench and 60 to my squat, so I’m halfway to bench goal and a little under halfway to squat goal. Started cycle 1/20/2026 and it’s now 3/3/2026 , that marks 6 weeks today, meaning still 10 weeks left and not even halfway done with cycle. That puts me right on pace for my goals although it is naturally going to get harder and harder to keep stacking weight regardless of the gear I’m on since I’m in a deficit and am actively cutting throughout this cycle but overall I’m extremely happy with the progress so far and I think my lofty goals are within reach by the end of the cycle.

As for bodyfat % you guys can definitely chime in and lmk what you think, I feel I started the cycle (see first pictures in log) around 18-20% bodyfat, and today I feel I’m closer to 12-13% body fat (see attached photos below and lmk what you guys think my bf % is) on a goal of 9% bodyfat (At most) by end of cycle.

I agree with your number 12-13% maybe a little higher with favourable fat storage, but the good news is - lose a bit more fat and your abs and chest will look mental
 
Quick update

Back on cycle and it’s been going great, as per my original post my Main goals for this cycle were to get sub 10% body fat and increase bench by 100lbs and squat by 150 in 16 weeks

My starting stats for these
215bench 4x8
255 squat 4x8

This week I hit 265 bench 4x8 and 315 squat 4x8 successfully, that means I’ve added 50lbs to bench and 60 to my squat, so I’m halfway to bench goal and a little under halfway to squat goal. Started cycle 1/20/2026 and it’s now 3/3/2026 , that marks 6 weeks today, meaning still 10 weeks left and not even halfway done with cycle. I'm struggling to get your strength gains. Your first post said you've been training for 10 years. I think you later said you haven't trained that much in the last year or two?

Were your lift numbers a lot higher in the past? That's the only way I can see it's possible to increase your bench and squat 50lbs+ in once month while losing body fat. Either that or you have absolutely god tier genetics and need to get serious and start competing in something ASAP.

Also your first post said your cycle history was 'I don't know blasted high test a couple times, one time being with tren'. But then I think you later said it was all TRT except one cycle?

To answer your question were my lift numbers higher in the past the answer is yes absolutely, that is the reason I have been able to make such rapid progress on my strength gains while in a deficit. Unfortunately, I do not believe it is because I have God tier genetics lol, maybe above average. Muscle memory is a real thing and that’s kinda what I counted on and when I got pushed back on this thread to temper my expectations about my lofty goals that is something I touched on (scroll up and you’ll see what I’m talking about it’s somewhere up there) The past year or so before this cycle, I lifted next to none and as such lost significant muscle and strength. So essentially, I have just regained and am about back to what I was at my absolute strongest if not a little stronger even now. I do suspect my progress to start to slow down substantially, but I’m still hoping I can reach my goals for strength. When I said I blasted test a couple times it was only for like a couple weeks where it was maybe 500 test and then I would quickly come off because I didn’t like the water retention and bloating I was getting as at the time I was shredded. Before this cycle, I did one kind of real cycle if you wanna call it with tren but really even that was only like a four week cycle and I called it due to the brutal tren side effects. So that is another reason why my goals were so high and why I think I am making such rapid progress because I really have never done a true cycle before and saw it through from start to finish the only gear use. I have used that was consistent was just TRT dose test only at about 150-200mg per week.
