    I don't get a lot of electrolytes from food as my body doesn't tolerate carbs and sugars well, I have some carbs in the form of broccoli etc but my diet is pretty much keto. For electrolytes I have 1/4 teaspoon of Baja Gold salt in the morning and again in the evening.
