So I was in the supplement store the other day to buy some creatine and the guy behind the counter recommended some liquid stuff. I haven't really heard much about it so i didn't buy it. I wanna get some opinions from the guys here before I buy. So liquid creatine...hot or not?

I used the online body fat percent calculator and came to a pbf of 19%
I lift 5 days a week a do 2-3 days cardio
Should i cut or bulk first?
I wanted to ask if anyone knew a way to curb excessive sweating ? I was not sure if anything existed but I wanted to see if anything existed. Probs not the healthiest thing but im a fit person who just sweats tooo much!!
I'm running HGH right now and I'm about to hop on a 600mg/week Test E cycle and I was wondering how people's appetites have changed with Test? Right now my appetite is whatever, I can eat 2500-3000 calories but only if I force myself (I also don't have a lot of time cause of school and work)...
It would seem I am allergic to my test's carrier oil. I have been getting pretty bad reactions from it. Do you think this will also effect the test dose? Is my body still absorbing the testosterone ?
I bought some super cheap expired protein bars that were dates 16months ago for expiry. Do you think its ok to eat them still? I would hate to get sick but I do hear that most supplement like products last quite a few years after expiring.
