Thanks guys! Yea I've been preparing my food the night before just some times can't eat t till get at lunch then till I get off. The timing is where I'm hurting at right now. Then when I get off trying to fit it in before I hit the gym. So as long as I get the food in I should be ok though.

Ok cool! So the ostraine I should only b running at 25 mg every day I read some where on here that u run a split dose of that as well. Or is that not the best way to get results

Construction superintendent in the chemical and oil refineries. Pays great once u get to were I'm at lots of Ot and always away from home so that sucks! Kids grow up while I'm gone! They get what they want though so I couldnt b any happier!
