Cycle and dieting

So I'm doing good with my cycle of test with sarms results have been great. My issue is my job and my diet. I work construction and work 10 hour shifts. Trying to eat throughout the day and getting it in on time. Don't have a lot of free time when I'm on the job. Between meetings and being in the field it's been tuff. Asking for any advise on what's worked for any of yall in a similar situation. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I own my landscaping company and we are quite busy all season... So i generally have a little more freedom them you where i can get away if i really need to but.. generally i don't want to... I've come up with some simple meals and snacks to be able to carry around .... meal prep is much more important when your work is like this... need to just make sure u make everything the night before and have them all in containers to carry with you.. either in your vehicle or on the site or whatever. bring a bag / backpack something...

Jamie Eason has these turkey muffins i love to make when I'm working.. 2-3 of them is a solid meal and will hold you over.. Bring a ton of water. But just make sure you pre and are ready for the next day.. you will figure out a way to get it in your stomach... they are small meals.. every 2-3 hours it would take u like 3-5 minutes to eat lol

I know your predicament. I'm a blue collar worker that works in a factory all day, and sometimes I get stuck on a job which affects my meal times, but I do get everything in. I pack and prepare all my meals ahead of time in Tupperware containers, to where they just need reheated in the microwave. I generally get 2 short breaks and one lunch break during my day that I try to fit those meals into, and it usually works pretty well. Of course I make sure to get a good meal in before work, and usually have another 2 meals after work as well. You just have to adapt and do the best you can with what you have to work with

Thanks guys! Yea I've been preparing my food the night before just some times can't eat t till get at lunch then till I get off. The timing is where I'm hurting at right now. Then when I get off trying to fit it in before I hit the gym. So as long as I get the food in I should be ok though.

gotta pack xtra food and plan ahead it isn't easy

Bubba, my husband travels all over 3 states for work. His truck is his office on a day to day basis so there is no microwave. It's hard. I make sure he gets a high protein, high carb meal before he leaves in the morning (it's very hard, but he does it) the rest of his meals depend on weather it's a high carb, low carb or medium carb day. Because a few days a week he does actually go to his " real" office I try to plan around that so he has a microwave to heat a meal. I've created a few things carb wise for him because he has no problems eating cold raw veggies and cold chicken throughout the day. But cold carbs seems to be the issue. I can shoot you over some of my recipes I use for him to get carbs in without a microwave. But my answer for busy people who just need to grab and eat on the go.....pre prepare, and make it easy to grab and go. Finger food, cut small.

I used to work in a gym all day and had the luxury of training and eating at my convenience but now I do a lot more of what you speak of. I basically do what Rick said and I gotta say it sucks but the only positive of working blue collar shit is the added calories you burn versus sitting at a desk. Meal prep is essential! And good snacks, looking into making your own protein bars too that helps

Jamie Easons turkey muffins in a zip kick back and eat them cold... Keep 2 on your during your windows between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner.... That's what I would do. Come up with other small things u can do as well that don't need to be heated up

have 1 shake.

have a easy/fast to eat meal in tupperware.....one that can be eaten cold if necessary.

find some halfway decent snacks you can down a good handful or 2 of to make it to the next meal.
