Lots of questions I could use real advice

I am new here and new to this. I have been on TRT for 5 months now. I have my diet down: calorie intake at 2500, trying to meet the protein goal of 1.5 grams per pound every day. The protein one is hard because im always full. I am getting stronger at the gym 5 days a week, 1.5-2 hours each time, but I want changes in my body. I am 47 years old and in good health. I never could build muscle. I don't need to look like Arnold, but I would like some size and mass on. My TRT dose is 200mg a week. In May, I can get more blood work done, and then I can bump it up. What I am asking for is what I can take to be bigger than natural but not Arnold. It would be my first-ever cycle. Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
200mg of Test is a high TRT dose you should see decent changes. Also 1.5-2hours a time at the gym is too long bro - you could be overtraining.

A good first cycle is Test only - just double the dose for 12 weeks and have an AI

  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. bros, check out the logs on here. See what dudes are using. You got cycles from amateurs all the way up to top pros so you got to go with more of an amateur cycle.

if you want to increase your appetite, which it sounds like you do, then you are not going to go wrong with some testosterone and D-Bol and keeping it simple. Test and then add 10 to 20 mg of D-Bol.

So here is my log I hope everyone can see this
I'm 47yrs old to start this off in January 2025 I stepped on the scale I was 270lbs I said never again lost 40lbs by September 2025 wound up finding out I had type 2 diabetes. Which I will post my blood work from September to March 6th of 2026 at the bottom of this since then I have pretty much kicked it's ass and believe I'm on the right track now.
Start of my TRT MY TOTAL T LEVEL WAS 173 in January of 2026
Supplements
TRT 100mg 2x a week Monday and Thursday
NAC 600mg 2x a day
Pro 3000 amino acids 3 2x a day
Activated B6 200mg a day
C 1500 a day
Meals
Breakfast every day
4 eggs bacon or sausage
Fruit usually berries good for my blood sugar
Lunch
6oz of chicken or beef
Rice/potatoes/veggies
Fruit
After gym
2scopes of protein
Dinner usually
6-12oz
Of fish chicken or beef
Rice/potatoes
Salad
Snack is fruit and or a cheat
5 days a week at the gym, 1 hour -2 hours
Stretch for 15 minutes
Treadmill 14 minutes 7.0 incline at 2.7mph

Even when I was a kid I could never gain any size my brothers could I was strong, but I could never develop mass
 
if you want to increase your appetite, which it sounds like you do, then you are not going to go wrong with some testosterone and D-Bol and keeping it simple. Test and then add 10 to 20 mg of D-Bol.
I was thinking pretty close to that setup this was my thinking
400mg Test a week
300mg Deca a week
And DBOL or TBOL 20mg a day for 4 weeks

I have read what you said a lot im not looking to be Mr. Olimpia, I went to Daytona Florida last week for vacation with the family and I felt confident with my shirt off for the first time in a long time it was an awesome feeling I just want to put on some mass and maintain it I love going to the gym now I have fun there again I did post a log with everything on it includes on my blood work
 
Bro, for the love of god, dont add any orals or nandrolones (deca/npp)

DBOL - From your other thread, your Estrogren is already high, this will only make it worse
TBOL - This does sweet fuck all. Whatever gains you'll get from 20mg a day will get smoked by an additional 20mg of test a day, without the organ stress
PROVIRON - Everyone who suggests this, i guarantee they couldn't tell you what SHBG stands for, let alone does. Unless your SHBG is SKY HIGH, there is no practical application for proviron. Its only use is to lower SHBG. I bet your SHBG is fine.
DECA - Again, your E is already high. Nandrolones are notorious for fucking people up. Either mentally, hormonally or their sex drive. If you want side effects out the ass, go for it. People cling to it because the golden era dudes did it.

You are infinately better with 2 units of HGH and adding 100mg of primobolan.

Primobolan acts as an anti-estrogren while providing additional anabolism. Unlike what people parrot, DECA is no stronger of a muscle builder over test or primo or EQ. It'll also PREVENT side effects instead of adding them.

Anavar is pretty mild, you can run that for as long as your bloodwork is good.

Also, please consider hiring a coach with modern applicable knowledge on PEDs, like @R.AP

Well said @Nasser1997o2 and well written for easier understanding if @Pinch73 is new to both the lingo and compound facts. @Pinch73 you need a log on EVO bad, so we can help guide you through this. Please post pics of your base physique with face blurred and continue posting diet, training and any bloodwork (as you receive results) and we will guide you through what to do to progress and meet your goals. We can worry about PED's later on down the road, trust me.

100% agree, get a coach if its in your budget, I use @R.AP and he is amazing

This sounds unlikely. I wanna see how you train and how you eat. Just adding steroids wont fix mistakes

If you can build muscle on 200mg test and that food you say your eating then gewr isnt your problem. I would put money the way you train is your biggest limiting factor.
 
My calorie intake is very hard to keep up with, being on the GLP-1 for my type 2 diabetes, but with the work I have put in so far, I am hopeful to be able to drop the dose from 5mg to 2.5 which should allow me to eat more and training as of right now I use an app called fitbod for my workouts. Where I live, we do not have small gyms anymore; they are big-name gyms with high school kids for trainers. I did reach out to @R.AP to ask him if he could help me with training and everything else. My calorie intake is very hard to keep up with, being on the GLP-1 for my type 2 diabetes, but with the work I have put in so far, I am hopeful to be able to drop the dose from 5mg to 2.5 which should allow me to eat more and training as of right now I use an app called fitbod for my workouts. Where I live, we do not have small gyms anymore; they are big-name gyms with high school kids for trainers. I did reach out to @R.AP to ask him if he could help me with training and everything else.
