My current TRT cycle I will take all the help and advice I can get.

Right now I am on 200mg of testosterone Cypionate a week, my schedule is EOD dose is .30 my 3-month blood work is due May 6th then I want to change it up. If my blood work comes back good
Start of my TRT MY TOTAL T LEVEL WAS 173 in January of 2026
Supplements
TRT 100mg 2x a week Monday and Thursday
NAC 600mg 2x a day
Pro 3000 amino acids 3 2x a day
Activated B6 200mg a day
C 1500 a day
Meals
Breakfast every day
4 eggs bacon or sausage
Fruit usually berries good for my blood sugar
Lunch
6oz of chicken or beef
Rice/potatoes/veggies
Fruit
After gym
2scopes of protein
Dinner usually
6-12oz
Of fish chicken or beef
Rice/potatoes
Salad
Snack is fruit and or a cheat
5 days a week at the gym, 1 hour -2 hours
Stretch for 15 minutes
Treadmill 14 minutes 7.0 incline at 2.7mph
Push Pull work out
Since January to March, my level is now at 675

If i were you, i'd add 2ius of HGH. If nothing else, but for longevity.

No, hgh wont make your organs or stomach grow.

If you can get your hands on it, 100mg per week of primobolan will help bring your E2 level into range while also providing some anabolism.

Test, Primo and HGH is a pretty standard "TRT Premium" protocol for guys. Not alot of risk of sides and you can run that year long if you like.
 
Most of the time, ok. The day after my test, the shot is good, and the next day I start dropping. The GLP-1 kills my appetite for most of the week. I might get 2 or 2 days that I do not have to force food in me, so that does not help me all in all, ok
Im guessing the GLP1 has helped with the HbA1c results go from 12 to 7 though? When you're struggling to eat can you do a protein shake or same thing?

I understand the TRT part im on that for life my level was almost non-existent lol I don't know enough about how high I can push the testosterone. And what else could I put together with a proper starting place

If I was in your position, I wouldn’t worry about higher testosterone just yet. You’re taking plenty to hold onto your muscle. I’d focus on getting in good shape. Let the glp don its work and lean you out. Hgh will help a bit with that, but so many other things too. Get your training and eating into a solid routine and then when you are about as lean as you want to be, you’ll be ready.

That’s my personal opinion based on observations. I’m more the type that wastes away, rather than packing on pounds. I think you’ll have better success with some version of what I described. And you will be able to see your results in real time, rather than just getting bigger.

But you can definitely do a cycle and gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. I’ve seen logs that show it, and a few that didn’t go as well. One I’m thinking of in particular though, when he stopped his Reta he packed it all back on. Anabolics make you hungry. They make me VERY hungry like sometimes I don’t even know how I physically eat that much.
