Sorry I haven't been on. I worked a full shift last night, and a tornado right through my town. I've been cleaning up all day. Haven't even slept yet. I got lucky and it just ripped out a bunch a trees. The tornado took out about 50 houses. Probably gona start fresh next week
I appreciate everyones concern. It means alot to me. I was so tired I came home from work and was heating up my food in the microwave and fell asleep on the couch. The bad news is i didnt get my last meal. the good news is i got 6 hours of sleep lol fasted cardio is done.
