Good moring everyone. I know you guys are not gona want to hear this but only got 5 hours sleep last night, by the time i got off work and done with gym. woke up this moring and my left calf was tight and sore from stepping on and off semi's last night so i did my hour of cardio on my indoor training bike. the resistance doesnt go very high but still felt good and it loosened up my calf so ill take it.

on days you dont sleep well cut your training 50% to get proper recovery
 
Definitely not for a lack of trying brother. The low calorie days kill me along with 14hours of manual labor
Bros you maybe in to severe of a deficit. When your strength is drastically dipping in the gym you are mostly likely loosing muscle as well. I’d suggest increasing your calories exponentially higher since 14 hours of manual labor could easily burn well over a thousand calories.
 
i would literally do 5-6 sets of weight training that is all you need With your job
 
overtraining is going to be an issue you're going to have to train around it
 
separate your manual labor job by at least eight or nine hours of sleep and then work out then you'll be good
 
I like how you're pushing yourself that much I can respect and you're a hardworking man
 
I appreciate everyones concern. It means alot to me. I was so tired I came home from work and was heating up my food in the microwave and fell asleep on the couch. The bad news is i didnt get my last meal. the good news is i got 6 hours of sleep lol fasted cardio is done.
@Busted_Not_Broken dont worry about the last meal just slam it after the AM cardio
