I just have a quick question. For combining Cardarine into my cycle at 20mgs ED, should I be doing 10mgs twice a day or just do 20mgs once a day? If I spread them, should I just dose once every 12 hours? I have been looking around trying to find some doing info and can't locate any real info...

Its a 12 week Test C cycle, combined with 8 weeks of Tbol. It was going to be a Test C, EQ, TBol, Winny cycle. Just not enough time to do it right and I dont want to half ass it.

You should get a pre and post blood work done. I had my pre-cycle work done about 4 months ago, but that is my baseline. Just talk with your doctor and have them give you a copy of the results as well. It will show your levels and the range they should all be in, it would help if you had blood...
